Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Las Vegas Stadium Area

First time at a Fairfield Inn & Suites... VERY nice and great overall... Close to the Strip and Alligiant Stadium

The Hotels Sells Parking on Event Nights and Expected us to park and walk from far away lot. Bad Business for Paying Customers and Elderly (like my parents)... We were disgusted by this but thankfully after a late. Comedy show on the Strip, we came back and had 1 parking spot that we got as the Concert at Allegiant Stadium was just getting over. PAYING HOTEL CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE PRIORITY TO MAIN PARKING... Probably WON'T STAY there again Solely Based on they uncertainty Alone!

Good hours to check in /out because you can enjoy poool till late And you can get up late is nice

Having trouble with my CC was xahrge $1 X 2 while my catd was swipe 2 times i know is just a $2.00 but still is myvmoney i had already pay on a 3rd party so i dont see why swiping my card Also received the next day emails saying that I had a new reservation when i dont have anything

Great staff, they let us make an early checkin since we arrived a bit earlier. Is a great location if you’re going to an event at allegiant stadium. Bathroom was really spacious and comfortable.

Apparently they were charging for parking because of the concert that was happening the night we arrived. We weren’t aware parking wasn’t free since it wasn’t mentioned when we reserved. It was a small fee but we didn’t know. Bed was king but it felt smaller.

We wanted a place to stay to break up our trip from UT to CA so we weren't looking for a casino or resort property. This location had great freeway access and it was nice to be at the south end of The Strip, past the city traffic. Breakfast had several options and was very handy for our needs. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, with comfy beds.

It's right by the freeway so expect to hear a little noise (we didn't find it a problem at all). Fast food options were an exit away and that was all we were looking for on this trip. This location charged a $15 parking fee that I feel should be included in the room rate but maybe this is common in Vegas.

We were in town for a soccer game. Super convenient Walked over to the game Not loud or disorganized due to the big event We like that it was quiet and calm and we were able to rest

Only thing was waiting an hour to check in just to get our parking pass. We couldn’t just pay for our pass and head out on an Uber to explore We could have our car towed even though it was confirmed we were going to be staying there.

The breakfast was excellent, also I have to say the quality of how the coffee was prepared was better than the average hotel, as most most places the coffee taste like dirty water but this one had a nice body to it.

The A/C system needs an upgrade or not sure if they may be shut down at night, as the room sometimes got hot and made me wake up.

Kind staff. Decent breakfast, clean pool and hot tub. We had the 2 queen room with the sofa couch. Great for our family of 5.

Found fake eyelashes in our bed, so that was weird. Breakfast ran out quick. We barely had anything the 1ST morning, however the 2nd morning we slept in and came down 30 minutes before breakfast was over and there was nothing left except mushy bananas and plain yogurt. We had to buy breakfast eleswhere, which sucks when you choose a hotel for a breakfast included in the cost.. They need to account for all guest and have breakfast available for everyone, even if we come down last minute.

The location was fantastic. Would be excellent for a Raiders game visit. Great breakfast service.

Website problem indicated wrong night, so change posted as a no show. Luckily I booked a second night. KING room with sofa bed very crowded with furniture. Sofa bed not comfortable.

Friendly and helpful Staff answered all of our questions; location and breakfast very good.

Rooms were not super clean, you could tell previous guests were from Beyonce's Saturday concert: the restrooms had glitter and sequins on the floor and bathroom sink.

I liked that the showers had good quality body wash and hair products. The staff was extremely helpful and cordial.

I guess I did not expect all of the prepackaged foods for breakfast. That was a little bit of a let down, though there was plenty variety of the packaged foods. Prefer freshly cooked food items.
