it is not related to the property directly, but it would be nice if there was a possibility to separate young party people from business, solo and older couples travellers and to place them on different floors. I had quite noisy neighbors, luckily they stopped before I went to bed.

The hotel's location is very good - close to a public beach, a nice park and a walking promenade. You can also find cozy restaurants that serve Mediterranean food and are open during Shabbat hours, as well as a big supermarket (doesn't work on Shabbat). The room was spacious and it was comfortable in terms of work as both my husband and I needed to do some work and calls. Our room also had a terrace that my husband really enjoyed. The small dining area was helpful to make tea and enjoy veggies and fruits we bought at the supermarket. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety of vegetables, fruit, dairy products. And every day of the week they offered different main courses. The hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help. They also notified us of upcoming public holidays in the country that helped us better organize our time and take into account the closure of public places. The WiFi speed is extremely high with equal access from the entire room including the terrace.

The price is quite high compared to quality. Cleanliness in the common areas was not great as well.

Everything - the huge rooms, comfortable beds, huge balconies, great position, small but adequate pool with excellent staff, tasty breakfast, all the little touches, bottles of water, wine, chocolates and microwave in kitchenette.

Having to go home

The hotel had a free-of-charge garage, the staff was very helpful and all speaking very good English. The breakfast and dinner buffets were extremely delicious. The room was very spacious with a balcony.

My room was rather close to the elevator and the sound of it stopping at my floor was very loud. The dinner buffet was a little expensive.

a bit expensive like every thing else here in Israel it feels that some of the furniture at our room were a bit worn out

Lovely large apartment suite, huge balcony, comfy beds, larger bathroom, great position, very good varied Israeli buffet breakfast, beautiful beaches right in front of the hotel, lots of bars and restruants near by.

Just a few pet peeves: One of the lifts made a noise like its taking off every time it was used. We were one room away from the lifts and could still hear it clearly every time. The sheet on the bed was to small and couldnt actually be tucked under the matress. The bed isnt a real queen size, its actually 2 single matresses pushed together- we hate this but its often the case in Israeli hotels. On the whole this didnt prevent us from having a wonderful stay.

Great breakfast, comfortable suite, excellent service.

It took 6-7 attempts to turn on the tv. The A/C requires written instructions to operate. It's not intuitive. Balcony could use a table height table for dining al fresco.

Rooms / suites were very nice.

While the suite had a full kitchen, there was a lack of dishes, utensils, bowls, prep supplies. Also, we were scolded one time when offered water in the lobby, and took the bottle

Food service. Breakfast was very good but room service and cafe very hard to understand why so hard to see a menu or contact room service we didn’t use those services at all

very nice rooms, very comfortable, very friendly staff, great shower, great view and location directly across from beautiful beach and a great Kosher restaurant, LoLa’s, right on the beach.
