Very friendly and welcoming. Rooms and decor were to a high standard. Bed was very comfortable. Scrambled eggs were possibly the nicest I’ve tasted. Overall it exceeded my expectations. We told them upon arrival that one of us had dietary requirements and they went above and beyond to facilitate us even though it was last minute

we would stay here again and recommend anyone looking to be out of the way near Tipperary stay here. The food was amazing, Theresa was fantastic, The shower was the best one of our stay, and she provided Netflix to her guests

Very nice family home. We booked two rooms and were great for our family of four. Beds and bathrooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed plus tea, water and snacks. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

I cannot rate this place and the hospitality highly enough we have just experienced at Shadowvale. Teresa is a fantastic host, nothing is too much for her to make your stay comfortable, she went out her way to share her knowledge to direct us on beautiful places to visit in Ireland. Her breakfasts were beautiful and hospitality was 10/10. The views from Shadowvale are phenomenal and we absolutely loved spending our evenings out the front with a BBQ and with the dogs Bonnie and Buddy. We will definitely be returning to Ireland visit this beautiful B&B again, thank you so much guys

This was one one of the nicest accomodations during our trip to Ireland. Great communication before our arrival, extremely pleasant host during our stay. Even if we only stayed one night, we had an amazing stay at Theresa's place. The room was big and spotless clean, the view from the accomodation surreal, we stayed till late outside and we woked up early so we can admire the view before breakfast. The breakfast was truly amazing, we enjoyed all the nice and fresh products we were being offered. We truly recommend this accomodation. PS: Clara still mentions how nicely she played with Olivia :)

Our host was extremely helpful and gave us a super breakfast.It was a lovely room and the bathroom was excellent.

This is a wonderful B&B. The hostess is a delight to deal with and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. This is a fabulous place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return here. We couldn't praise this B&B and it's owner any higher, truly a great place to stay. The breakfast was so tasty and the table presented with both sophistication and a homely flare. You'd travel the length and breath of Ireland to find accommodation as fine as this; the standards here are unparalleled. Book your stay today, you won't be disappointed.

This was the most wonderful B&B! Everything about it was better than expected. Theresa was lovely and made us feel like part of the family! We had been traveling without sleep for 2 days and this was our first stop. She even asked her husband not to mow so we could get to bed early! It was extremely quiet and the beds was very comfy! Everything was clean and neat and breakfast was delicious! I feel very fortunate that I found this gem! Hope to get back to Ireland so we can stay here again!

Everything was amazing!

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and we had the most amazing welcoming committee. The owners waited for us outside the property, my daughter was most charmed by their friendly dogs, and we were greeted and made welcome in such a nice warm way, all the stress from the journey melted away immediately and we realised why people tell tales of how magical Ireland is. The nature and views around the hotel are jaw dropping, the hotel is beautiful, the food served just incredible; sausages from the local butcher, prepared in the rustic kitchen. My dad still talks about how he got to wake up to bird song, and my daughter told all her friends how the owners of the hotel shared a secret map to a hidden fairy track where we found fairy doors and leprechauns

The breakfast was delicious! There were many options. There was a full Irish breakfast as well as fruit, cereals, and breads. The owner was so sweet and accommodating! This was my first day on this trip and we landed at Dublin at 6 AM. She was able to offer us early check-in so that we could take a nap. The location is very quiet and the views are stunning This was exactly what we were looking for!! This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Rock of Cashel.
