Wonderfully, spacious, comfortable bedroom with stupendous view of stately, Victorian Garden. Gracious proportions in this fine period mansion and warmth of furnishings and atmosphere. Probably the finest large hotel and location in the Dublin area.
The Orangery still too bitty and gastro type meals, with disappointing Coffee, sharp and acrid. Also my purchased almonds were soggy and odd tasting into the lower layer. When their main restaurant is closed please provide a back up so one does not have to venture away from the hotel for decent food.

The Bistro food was outstanding, and with excellent, friendly, professional service too. Mostly, breakfast food was very good with some exceptions; service there was also faultless.
Hot food at breakfast was distinctly disappointing - overcooked bacon, cold potatoes even at 9am, very mediocre sausages. Cold meats and cheeses were very dried out. Saturday evening we ate in the Orangery bar, as we hadn’t reserved a table in the ballroom lounge - that was fine, but the noise level from a group sitting on bar stools and spread all around the bar was pretty awful and surprising and continued for some time, until we prompted staff to ask them to quieten down. When we moved back to the ballroom lounge for a drink afterwards, it was heaven; and the piano player was wonderful and lovely.

Beautiful hotel with stunning gardens and easily accessible with public transport. The hotel breakfast was absolutely flawless - so much choice and the smoothies were to die for. The staff were super kind and helpful. Coffee machine in the room was a lovely touch. Water pressure in the shower was lovely. The bar is beautiful and cosy. Very calm ambience.
The bedrooms were not of 5* standard. No fridge or minibar in the room. The heating system was old and loud. It did not work in the evenings but would then turn on the in middle of the night. The shower was a shallow bathtub with a shower curtain, not very pleasant for a 5*. Our room was also connected to the room next door and there is no soundproofing. And although the bar was lovely, the drinks were crazy expensive - a €15 bottle of Prosecco from Tesco set us back €44. The grounds, aesthetic, and breakfast are certainly 5* worthy but the rooms were severely lacking.

It is a very beautiful property. The rooms are very clean. We stayed in the garden view room and it is definitely a view worth paying for. The food at Orangerie bar was exceptional. Amazing breakfast spread too. Great room service and very friendly staff. They even brought us a mini fridge because the mini bar in the room wasn’t working. Also, while most hotels now require you to check out by as early as 10, the checkout here is at 12 which was very convenient!

The hotel was beautiful loved our room bed comfortable spacious Evening meal was perfect everything tasted great the steak was on point definitely go for the ribeye for mains Caesar salad👌 most of the staff were so nice
Breakfast in the morning was a buffet loads of choice the food was good but it really needed to be hotter that was a let down The staff on reception just didn't seem to have very good people skills very disinterested I asked where Breakfast was because when checking in I couldn't remember where the receptionist had said I had said sorry what a couple of time, for few other questions so I didn't want to be asking anymore she spoke very quietly n it was hard to make it out

The room was spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff were so helpful especially in the Talavera restaurant. The food was excellent and there was no problem catering for one of the group with dietary requirements
Not a complaint but just an observation. The pillows in the bedroom were extremely soft. For someone with back or neck problems it can be a little difficult.

The bed was very comfortable with 2 choices of pillows. The rooms are quiet. Free wifi. Free Parking. The grounds and the surrounding area are beautiful. Friendly staff. TV with many options.
The promised minibar was empty and it wasn't even turned on to store anything. The breakfast was more about quantity than quality and every day the same choice. For a 5* hotel you would expect scrambled eggs not to be dry and inedible and orange juice to be fresh and not from a carton. I was asked if I wanted to join the Radisson Loyalty Program which I did, but then they refused to give me points for my 3 night stay because I reserved the room through Booking.com. The bathroom needs an update and there was mould in the shower. The handle in the bath was broken, which is very dangerous.

The duty Manager tried his best to sort out our accommodation as request had not been addressed for disabled guests. We enjoyed a meal in the Italian restaurant, where the service was excellent and the food had been freshly prepared.
On the booking had stated Disabled guests - requesting shower not bath. It was to be a family room with two double beds for 3 guests. When we arrived although I had an email to confirm request - this had not been addressed which was very disappointing after a long drive. We eventually were allocated a room with two single beds and a sofa bed in a room with shower facility. This was on 4th floor and Fire Alarm went off - I dread to think how we would have got out of hotel if there had been an evacuation procedure.

Room was lovely and cosy for a single or couple. Bed was perfect. Instantly slept as soon as my head touched the pillow. I was very pleased with my stay and the staff were fantastic. The welcome and check out I received was very heartwarming. I would happily stay here again. My only regret is not dining at the in-house restaurant. However next time maybe.
I would like loads of milk and an extra bottle of water for tea and coffee amenities. But it's something that can be asked for and not really a negative. Rather a personal preference.
