Comfortable, clean room with a good amount of space to unpack and settle into the room. Having a free parking lot around the corner was also very convenient! We spent our evenings at The Office bar connected to the hotel, and John behind the bar was wonderful! He gave us many recommendations for places to visit within a short drive from Galway, and we loved the ones we were able to stop at with the time we had available. Stop in, he’ll take good care of you!

While the room was fairly spacious, the shower space in our room was workable but quite small.

The location was top. Very clean hotel. Very spacious room, we had room 10, it also had a small sea view from a window. Bar downstairs has very good Guinness. Bus stop nearby, grocery across the hotel, many restaurants and the best coffee shop are walking distance, and beautiful walk by the bay

Wifi wan not reliable. The shower has low pressure. The sink want had to be pushed down and held which was inconvenient

Bed was comfortable and room spacious, staff friendly, and they offered to clean my room and provide fresh towels on a daily basis. Location is perfect a minute walk away from the promenade and close to many restaurants and takeaways, with a convenience shop right opposite the hotel. Signal for wifi ok as well.

The only thing I would comment against the water pressure as it was a bit difficult to shower that way.

Great location, just off the Salthill prominade. The hotel was quiet and very clean. You are a very pleasant stroll along the seafront into town, and located on the road out to Conemara

The car park is really the council car park a little way away - which is FREE but can be full. The car park outside the hotel is metered at €2 per hour. I had to keep the meter running and watch the council car park until a space freed up.

Location was good, right beside the sea front. The room was clean and the staff were so nice. Also the little bar attached to the hotel was lovely also and very cheap. Two beers and two snacks €15.

The parking is across the street maybe 100m from the hotel, not a major issue but if it is raining or some kind of bad weather that 100m walk becomes awful, otherwise no issues

Location is great perfect for a beech trip and not too far to walk to city centre but buses are available . Cosy warm room staff were helpful and friendly . Great value or money . Will stay again and would recommend to anyone

The shower could do with a little more power and maybe a few extra channels on the TV but other than that there was nothing to complain about

The price was amazing. It was a last minute overnight stay as I had an appointment in the city the next morning. Great night's rest. The shower knob was a little bit stiff resulting in a cold shower but got warm water when I managed to leaver the knob, my own doing :D. All in all would stay again for definite. Really warm also which is difficult in Galway next to the seaside.

The hotel was up to our expectations for the price, the room was spacious, confortable, clean and quiet. We even had a small sea view. The staff was nice and arranging. We asked if we could check out before 8 and they had no problem with it. We walked along the beach and the neighbourhood, it was very friendly and the beach was beautiful. There are restaurants and shops in the same street as the hotel, which is very accommodating.

It was affordable for the location and basic needs were catered. We were glad that it was a little separated from the city centre. Around 30 minutes to walk to Eyre Square.

When they say turn the shower on for 5 minutes before having a shower they mean it. Not a big issue, but something to be aware of. While we didn't find the noise to be of concern, if you are sensitive to noise it pays to be aware that the bar downstairs does kick on until late.

Beds very comfortable, nice hot shower. Lots of tea and coffee biscuits and bars for kids, clean towels. Location fantastic few minutes walk from everything, beach,aquarium,leisure land food pubs etc. Free parking across the road will definitely stay again. Girl in reception very nice and helpful.

A socket next to kettle would be safer, not a big problem we just put it on bedside locker to boil.
