The Margo Hotel

All staff wad very kind, stayed here for 3 weeks and that aas good. staff from reception, gym, pool, restaurant and cleaning did a great job. The location is good, connected to the Margo Mall. Also, the breakfast was great, same for the pool. Great suites with comfortable beds and shower.

The pool is only cleaned once a week on friday. They should do this at least 3 times a week.

The room's comfy, it's a bit bigger than i expected. The breakfast was delicious, just kinda bored with the menu options since i kept getting the same menu evwry morning

I would have given 10 points if these things didn't happened: The customer service in handling my problem's kinda dumb. For a couple of times i got problem with their media facility, such as tv and wifi. One of them said that they're gonna send someone to help, but none come for it so i had to figure it myself, the other one was very impatient. Also the wifi was terribly slow

The hotel is connected to the Margo city mall, which is convenient for food and clothes shopping. The breakfast was of a good standard with a large variety of choice. The facilities were all excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful

The bathroom door does not have a lock which is not a major issue.

The hotel is really good looking. Good place to stay in Depok. The price is a little high but nice one indeed for the location and all. Enjoy.

No balcony tho I understand the hotel policy but for guests who would want to smoke, the hotel will offer you smoking room, which means you smoke in your room without any open air space.

Restaurant area for breakfast quite small, having to queue during busssy hours Taxi available in hotel, easy to get transportation as required

The location is perfect with easy access to Margocity mall. The staff are very helpful. My daughter accidentally left her makeup bag in the lobby when we were checking out. When we came back to the hotel 2 weeks later it was still there, safely kept by the staff.

The breakfests were delicious and plenty of food to choose from, even freshly made doughnuts. The personel was really kind and talkative. Great rooms and a nice view from the window. Clean and very fancy hotel overall. Gonna book again next time.

The breakfast came with various type of food. At least what I had was an typical asian cuisine (Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese) style, and sorts of fruit and pastries. The food was tasty and served warm.

The wifi is not that good. At some point I had to move to another room because of the wifi pinpoint problem.

My stay was very pleasant. Staff were friendly, room as comfortable and the hotel itself is very nice. Easy access to the Margo City mall was a nice plus and A LOT of restaurants right next to the hotel.

Everything! From the location which is next to Margo City Mall so it's very convenient to shop and find foods, decent room size, cleanliness, comfortability of the bed, room decor, and the breakfast foods. Staff were nice and professional too.
