It's a heaven on earth! Very beautiful place. We visited as family with kid and we enjoyed a lots specially the indoor and outdoor(inside Bungalow) pools and the whole Bungalow. Just a small note: Even though it is very nice and beautiful place but it may not be suitable for active children as it has lots of uneven surface of stairs for children to easily slip and fall even in room and around the bungalow. Be careful! Also there is no light outdoor pool in bungalow - so we could not access that pool in night. Also found Aircon did not work in daytime enough to cool the whole room! Apart from the above notes - we are speechless about the beauty of this place and hospitality of the staff.

We were upgraded to the Royal Pita Maha as the Pita Maha was being renovated. The Royal Pita Maha beautiful and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was great, heaps to choose from and exceptionally good coffee. Beds and pillows super comfy. They allowed us to have a late check out as our flights were at midnight.

We didn't know we had to change location until we arrived, this could have been communicated. Also the location of the Royal Pita Maha is a lot further out which meant we couldn't walk to anything and it cost more to travel into Ubud. The Pita Maha location is much better, it has restaurants and mini mart very close by.

stunning views!! wish we stayed longer. the infinity pool and surrounds look exactly like the picture. the villas are so spacious. it’s appears like they’re at the railing end of upgrades as some villas were having work done however there was no noise or disturbance to our stay. Aircon worked great, unlimited free bottled water, breakfast is delicious and the staff were so wonderful, a true 5 star stay.

The property is set in a mountainside so there are stairs (there is a stairless path also). Nor a downside for us but something to be mindful of.

Since this place is not large, there weren’t many guests ,though there was no more room available All the guests were quiet and we could spent quiet holiday. The view from the room, the main pool, the restaurant were really great and beautiful.

I wish there was a dehydrator in the villas. Everybody needs it for bathing suits.During the stay, everybody swims there so we need it. I wish I had my usual coffee with Nespresso machine.There are hotels that equips Nespresso machines with capsule.You could provide it.

Majority of staff were professional, kind and polite. The place itself was beautiful however the room was very dark but again a beautiful view with a real authenticity to the place. You feel like you really are in the middle of the jungle.

The lighting but overall the place was very private. A few mishaps but minor when put into the bigger picture. The staff were extremely accomdating and welcoming. The place is clean, service is impeccable.

A quiet and silent retreat after the busy Ubud streets. Large room with outdoor bathroom and nice view from the pool.

When we arrived the deck chairs were wet and dirty. The grass was flooded by the pool, which I only could stop by blocking the inlet with a towel. The staff did not made an effort. The choices for breakfast were a bit limited.

The beds were so comfortable, luxurious extras absolutely everywhere - everything you need, they have. Food was beautiful- huge portions. Pool is phenomenal. The staff were absolutely amazing. Agung in particular. I left my passport and he went to extreme lengths to get it back to me.
