Natya Resort Ubud

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole resort is really well designed and feels at one with nature. The staff are superb and the room (family pool villa in our case) had everything you could want, including stunning views of the jungle. The breakfast was also great (advise getting the eggs benedict) and evening meal was awesome (bebek bakar madu enak bgt). Would highly recommend this resort.

The only thing we could pick fault with was that you were only given two small bottles of drinking water per day (anything else you paid). For the small amount of profit the resort makes on that it would be better to make guests comfortable with as much free drinking water as they need.

Where do I even start. :) The staff are so accommodating and professional, the view is the best one I have had from a room yet. (We stayed in the Luxury Villa with private pool). The room facilities are great and comfortable. We enjoyed the afternoon tea which was included and also the floating breakfast, which we found out was included too! There are also bicycles that you can grab to go exploring. Once we got back from our bicycle ride, we found our room redone for the night, with robes on the bed, etc - a lovely little touch. Every request was arranged with ease. Would love to come back. :)

The room was very beautiful, the private pool on luxury villa was decent, the forest view from the villa was gorgeous, breakfast was sufficient and good. really love the serenity that i got here. and try walk around the property.. it is so green and refreshing.

the slide door between bedroom and bathroom was so… heavy, needs to have “wall” so i dont have to see villa next door.

No matter how much i explain how beautiful this resort and its staff are, i wouldn’t do justice. By far one of the best resorts i have stayed in. If you are looking for peace, serenity, good food, amazing views whether its from the room or the pool deck/resturant its just spectacular ! The service & hospitality is at excellence. They also gave us late check out when requested. I have to mention some of my random requests such as thermometer, scotch tape, etc. they were given for as long as we wanted. Its the small details of customer service that matter.i highly recommend this resort if you wana stay in ubud. They also provide pick up and drop off shuttle to ubud market / ubud palace. The hotel manager “Tari” will always welcome u with a smile and make sure ur stay is memorable and comfortable

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Natya Resort! The exceptional staff truly made my experience memorable. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their warm hospitality added an extra touch of magic to my vacation. Speaking of magic, the villa I stayed in was absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by its beauty and charm. The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable, and the breathtaking views from the pool simply took my breath away. It truly felt like a sanctuary nestled in the middle of a jungle. Now, I must mention that being surrounded by nature comes with its share of insects. However, this was only a minor downside and completely expected considering the location. The resort's staff promptly addressed any concerns I had, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable. I will also add that even though it was in the middle of the jungle, there were only a few insects and the pest controller came out right away. Overall, my experience at Natya Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. The exceptional staff, combined with the stunning villa and its mesmerizing views, created a truly unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a tranquil and luxurious retreat in the heart of nature.

The resort is beautifully designed and makes you feel you are in a santuary. The staff are warm and attentive and go above and beyond for your requests. The room was large, well equipped and very welcoming. The spa treatment was luxurious and we left our stay feeling incredibily relaxed. The restaurant was lovely, with great breakfasts to get you started on your day.

The only negative would be if you were wanting to spend a lot of time in Ubud, the transfer in and out of town takes a little bit of time (15-20mins) but the hotel has a shuttle bus that gets you in and back a couple times a day.

On the first day we were greeted with flowers, one lovely soft drink and a wet towel to clean our hands. The hotel was magnificent and the room was even nicer. The staff in the restaurant area were incredibly welcoming and the girl at the reception was very kind and ready to help us with any question at any time . It was my birthday that day and the hotel offered me wonderful gifts including a massage from Daisy and Dewi that I will really remember for ever. Best massage ever ! The room was wonderful and clean with an incredible view of the jungle. Our experience at this hotel was amazing and I recommend it. Thank you guys and I hope to see you again. George + Mary

I came in December so the pool is cold day and night

I chose this as my fancy birthday hotel. Very pretty main infinity pool at the restaurant/reception, and amazing pool villas overlooking the valleys (on the highest ones, where we were, you have the best jungle view but look down partly on other villas’ roofs as well). Perfect for my husband’s and my romantic candle light dinner on our private terrace when the kids (baby, toddler & preschooler) were sleeping. The massages were very good, too! We also attended a nice Balinese themed bbq. Breakfast was yummy a la carte, and all of the staff were really friendly towards my family even though it’s all clearly geared towards couples. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Maybe I had too high an expectation, but there was nothing (no congrats or piece of cake) for my b’day although mentioned beforehand per email and at the day itself. On top, check-in was one hour late (drain needed to be fixed) & they forgot the flowers on bathtub although paid in advance as part of a package. They offered to give me sth at check-out (free lunch or ride, as they could not deduct sth off the bill afterwards), but we already had the driver from our next place coming to fetch us. No biggie overall, but simply not perfect to give it a 10.
