The room was very cozy and the location was great, few minutes walking distance to most places in Ubud center. Staff was incredibly welcoming, I had to leave early in the morning and the kitchen would open only later. They prepared a box with a breakfast to go the night before, very thoughtful.

Everything really. I had 7 days in Paradise. The seclusion, tranquility, discreteness, setting. I was looking for a place that allowed me to be as reclusive as I wanted yet with access to local culture, fresh market,diverse eateries. The whole place is like living in a culture park. The spirit of Barlanese cultyre and history is invasive and delightful. I plan to return. The breakfast, 0r requested local cuisine, served personally each day was perfect. The biggest decision for the first three days was deciding what to eat for breakfast. Eventually the manager accepted my request to bring a variety of Indonesian breakfasts. Every meal was fresh, tasty, wholesome and completely eaten. 100%. I appreciated not having to decide. It was freeing to just say, "Up to you". The 2 cleaning staff were a delight. Friendly but discrete. Enjoined in friendly banter when appropriate. An elderly gentleman was wonderful I helpingbme work.out the smart tv and any technology problems I experienced. Finally as an aged solo traveler being called Pappa Joseph , a term of great respect, welcomed me into the small community. Only 7 discrete villas in the compound. Also the internet connection was strong and reliable enough to conduct my online teaching. Everything I wanted was within 200 of my delight residence.

The only minor drawback was the erratic hot water supply. But I am not adverse to a cool shower.

Location, location, location! We're smacked right in the center of Ubud. Can't fault anything. The staffs were super friendly. Always greeting with a smile. My sister screwed up the safe box and we're really apologetic about it but they managed to fix it. Breakfast choices were great. Their nasi goreng is superb. We enjoyed having our daily breakfast at the terrace. We engaged them for laundry service as we were dirty from 2 days camping at Kintamani and also from ATV. Everything is perfect. Keep up the good work ❤️

Very nice property located in the central Ubud. Two large beds, AC, terrace. Breakfast a la carte delivered to your terrace

If you arrive at night it maybe difficult to find it as you need to take the right narrow alleyway. Breakfast is from 8.00. If you take tours then you leave earlier and cannot get breakfast.

My opinion - The strategic location which is near to Ubud Central market. Near the busy street but still a tranquil place to rest. Wonderful surroundings, clean and lovely accomodation managed by a friendly couple. Highly recommended and will definitely choose this place again for a return to Ubud.

The location was in the heart of busy Ubud, but the property was set back from the busy street and was very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic!!

The property is down a small lane that cars cannot access so we needed help rolling our heavy suitcases from the taxi to the property. On arrival, the taxi driver helped us and upon leaving, the owner moved our bags for us.

The perfect stay in Ubud. Centrally located near Radiantly Alive and best eating places such as Usada, Hujan, Seeds of Life, Bali Buda, Run's Warung — it's easy to pop out for yoga, a meal and be home in minutes. The guesthouse is clean, peaceful, with beautifully tended to gardens, and options for AC and fan (it's hard to find beautiful homes with ceiling fan in Ubud). Quality cups and teapots are used for serving breakfast, cushions are plush and bed is by far the comfiest. As a solo traveller, I felt safe sleeping with the doors open for Ubud's low temperature at night is so lovely. Thank you very much.

The room was large and had a desk, which was handy because I needed to do a little work. It was also very private and had a nice little garden. It was equipped with tea/coffee making facilities which was useful. The location is really good - right in the center of Ubud, but at the same time in a place that is very quiet with little noise. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Wifi inside the room is excellent, though it does not work as well in the outside sitting area

The lady who checked me in did not know how the in-room safe worked and no one followed up on that afterwards. It would be useful if there was an instruction sheet in the room covering its use. The mini fridge in the room was not working properly. It was sometimes difficult to find staff during the day when I had a question or issue since there isn't a reception desk.

This beautiful property is a little oasis close to the heart of Ubud but tucked away from the busyness. it is quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The walls are concrete with thatched roofs so sound carries a bit. Unfortunately I had noisy neighbors who rose super early and woke me up several mornings in a row.
