Very good place for a night between fliights. 15 min by free shuttle to/from the CGK airport. Very clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast with selection of Indonesian food. Very friendly hotel service. Outside are some warung makan for eating. I went to the stall wtih the fish anouncment and got very nice typical Indonesian fish dish called pecel lele (grilled fish with sambal and rice and tempeh if you like). Very recommendable and also save food because it is fresh prepared.

For traveler with no Indonesian Sim card it is a bit dificult to get Internet connection at the airport for getting the meeting appointment information for the shuttle service. Finally it is the official pick up area left side from the exit .called East Lobby domestic parking pick up area. When you come from an international flight the imigration process needs about 90 minutes after arrival. So that would be the time for the shuttle you can agree in advance. Anything else about the hotel is excellent. Terima kasih!

The hotel was super clean and tidy! The staffs are very nice and friendly! What I like the most is the pick up shuttle service, when I arrived at the airport the staff picked me up right away after my call even it was only me to pick up. I registered myself for drop off service the next day upon check in, on d-day the staff even called my room to remind me about the departure. It was excellent service! I can not even complain about anything.

The property is close to the airport, so sometimes it gets noisy from outside. But if you close the window it was better, and at night you still can sleep well.

The hotel is just within 15 mins from the airport. They have free shuttle airport to the hotel and return. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The room is okay. It needs deep cleaning but the bed is comfortable. Good enough for transit hotel. I think the gem of this place is the staffs. They do their best to assist you with your needs during your short stay. I had dinner at their restaurant, bit pricey but quite good.

The room needs deep clean, so many stains on the chair, curtain, and the wall.

- The room was clean and spacious; - The free transfer from the airport to the hotel and viceversa (only 15 minutes) was a great option - you just have to tell the staff at what time you need to take the shuttle (or the details of your flight) and they will arrange it for you (in the morning, there is one shuttle leaving the hotel every hour, so at 5 am, 6 am and so on); - Breakfast contains several options, was included in the price of the room and started at 2.30 am; - The dinner at the restaurant was ok (mainly indonesian/chinese style, but there were also few western options).

- The furniture of the hotel and of the room was quite old-style; - It is far from the city (at least 30-35 minutes from the center) - it is ok if you need to book one night (for example, it is perfect if your flight from Jakarta leaves early in the morning), but it is not convenient if you want to visit the city.

The breakfast is served from very early hours so it's perfect for early flights. It has a wide selection. The rooms are large. Hot water for showers. It's close to the airport for a morning departure but does take a while to get to the hotel via the back roads when coming from the airport. The ATM is a little hard to find. Google StarBucks.The ATM is downstairs. It's a short walk from the Hotel. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful.

We liked everything.

Orchardz offers a pick up service from the airport and Orchardz offers a drop-off service (every full hour) from the hotel to the airport. Both is free of charge and excellent. The hotel also offers breakfast from 3am. I think, there is no other hotel which such a great service. However, the hotel itself needs a bit of maintenance. It is a a bit worn. Rooms are large, bathroom is practical.

Very intuitive staff - We were later for breakfast than the first day we arrived and the staff checked in on us to remind us to come down for breakfast. We did not even ask for the reminder calls. Food spread is sufficient and tasted nice. Free shuttle to and fro airport.

Requires additional transport to anywhere else since there is not much things nearby except for local foods.

absolutely wonderful staff! and the breakfast buffet is massive and more akin to something you’d see at an Intercontinental or other fancy hotel than a budget transit hotel by the airport. the free shuttle was accommodating of odd houred trips and large bags. the room was spotless though aged. did i mention the staff was amazing? they really were.

it’s not in a particularly walkable area, though one of the best restaurants in Java is about a seven minute walk through the less-than-ritzy neighborhood.

Great location if you have a long layover, and want to catch some sleep in between flights. Free airport shuttle (takes +- 15 min drive). Breakfast is already open in the middle of the night, so no worries if you have a very early flight.

There was some confusion with the shuttle pick-up location, which was not the standard indicated airport 'pick-up zone' at international arrivals, but someplace near domestic flights - a bit of a walk.
