The bathroom amenities were not ready when we checked in, and still not replenished the next day. The sink faucet was also not working properly.

the only discomfort was the noise coming from many people in other rooms. It is probably good if the hotel put up sign around to room to remind people keeping silence and calmness in the room. Keep the noise of any activities in common room (hall, etc.). The town view is not very calming, but it is not the hotel fault. It is more to do with the urban planning in general.
