Very large, clean and comfortable room. The bed was very large and comfortable. The water pressure and heat of the shower was the best we had during our two weeks in Bali and Nusa Penida. The pool was relaxing and a good temperature. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed walking to many good restaurants. We appreciated help from the staff in showing us where to find the fast boat office and the free shuttle to take us there. Very kind staff.

The only minor negative issue was that we had to ask for clean towels and a bath mat and hand soap for our room even though the room had already been made up for the day. We only ate breakfast in the hotel and found it to be good, not great or anything special. It was nice to have fresh coffee to look forward to each morning as well as the option of other specialty coffee drinks.

From the moment you step foot into the property you are so warmly welcomed. The Balinese / Islanders are naturally such a kind people! From their smiles and genuine interest when they say "all good" (which I believe is an Aussie thing) is heart warming. The pool is great, small but just about right to get some laps in. The rooms are cosy but don't feel cramped as you've either got the balcony or you're right onto the lawn and pool. Some good food options are pretty close by as well the harbour so you've got quick access to the sea transport options back to the mainland or other islands

I've travelled all over the world and stayed at 5 star hotels as well as hostels. I could sit here and nitpick, but the truth is, for the price, you get more than what you imagine.

Great location near the port. Diving and snorkelling tours, eateries abound in the area Walk to Arjuna Beach club for sunset. Nice and helpful manager who tried to resolve issues. They pick up and drop off at the port which was 5 mins drive away. There was no gojek or grab cars in Penida.

Noise from - construction of a third level in the block where Deluxe Double rooms are located. - water pump operates all the time and affected my room and a couple others. One staff told me to wear ear plugs to bed (which I didn't have.) Thankfully his manager didnt say that. I was offered a change of room. Only Deluxe Double room has a desk and chair in the room. In Double rooms, there was only a huge bed and a small cupboard. Lighting can be very dim in some bathrooms. Powerpoints are lacking. I had to choose between using the kettle, the table lamp OR the fridge at the side of the bed. Towel rail and hanging hooks absent in some bathrooms

The hotel is walking distance to the ferry (but they do have a shuttle), as well as a few restaurants. The pool was clean, the beds were soft (for Asia), and it was nice to have a shower curtain in a wet bathroom. Breakfast comes out fast and everyone who works on the property is nice.

The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything. The towels and sheets all smell like mildew (typical for Asian islands but the pool towels were extremely bad). There were ants in the room as well as all over the plates and cups at the restaurant. The hotel was also sold out of scooters, and the place they recommended also didn't have any, so it was disappointing not being able to drive around the island.

Everything. Location, hospitality & service. For the price I paid, this place exceeded my expectations by a huge margin. This a 2 star simple hotel. If you keep that in mind, you'll be surprised by the level of hospitality and services. Complimentary pick up from the harbour and drop back to the harbour. The staff were real champs. I was in touch with the reception over WhatsApp and anything and everything was made available to me just on a simple text message. And no, the rooms didn't smell like some reviews are stating. It's was clean, smelling great. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were replaced on request. This place is a no brainer.

I could say the breakfast could be better but that would be unfair. I only paid 50 USD for two nights which for this level of hospitality felt like a steal. There are eatries just nearby where you can opt for a good breakfast instead

My recent stay at Arsi Santha Hotel was overall positive. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the property offers good value for the budget-conscious traveler. The low shower pressure was a slight inconvenience, and I was disappointed that they didn't provide port pickup as promised. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Rendra. His assistance and friendly demeanor made the stay truly enjoyable. Rendra's dedication and helpfulness were amazing, and they significantly enhanced my experience at the hotel. Overall, despite some room for improvement in certain areas, I would recommend Arsi Santha Hotel for its excellent staff and value for money.

The shower pressure is very low and not much brekafst options

The room was great, as was the very comfy bed and the pool was excellent. The staff were super friendly, especially the "number one employee" the very excellent Renie (not sure of spelling). Motorbike hire at 100,000 per 24hrs is a great price. Please be aware that the free port pick up to the hotel is only for the port that is very close to the hotel. The one 20mins away - Sampalan - is 250,000.

The "free" breakfast is poor, it was just not tasty. This hotel is great, they now just need to vastuely improve the cooking!

Lovely presented hotel, located within close proximity of plenty of restaurants, bars etc and the most professional dive centre, in our experience, Scuba Junkie. Rooms are huge, comfortable bed, good aircon, kettle tea etc. pool lovely (although very difficult to get in and out) plenty of sun loungers. Friendly staff and lots of them to see to your needs.

These are the reasons I can’t give 10/10 - there is limited furniture, so despite it being a oversized room, there is limited scope to accommodate all your stuff. Secondly, I think the room was made of paper.. the slightest sound travelled, not just from next door but the room on from that.. it was like the adjoining guests where in our room but amplified even more than normal levels and was somewhat disturbing. It was further frustrating when the staff started their rounds with cleaning the rooms, as we were woken (around 9am) to loud music. Turned out it was the staff next door cleaning the room! To further add to this, there is a temple very close which starts playing music and singing over loud speaker at 5am.

Value for money with vegetarian option in the breakfast. The location of the hotel is very close to the Banjay Nyuh Port and there are a lot of cafes nearby

They were supposed to pick us from the port which they did not do despite informing them in advance. They did not give us the correct phone number to reach out to them either

The food has very limited vegetarian options in the hotel, and the serving is also less. Although there are good restaurants nearby
