The lovely garden ambience, the breakfast, size of the rooms.

The ratio of the price you pay and what you get is turning into the negative as the hotel would need a big makeover. With this the class of the hotel would need to be reduced to three star class. The rooms haven’t been renovated the last four years, the pool would need that as well as many other areas. The bathrooms are better maintained than the rooms.

Nice pool besides of the children’s are. Beach area might be nice if it’s opened. Breakfast is good and have many choices.

The floor of the pool in the children’s area is harmful for children if the crawl, causing brushes and scratched skin as it is much too rough. Beach area was not opened this time. Better have only designated and closed smoking areas in the restaurants as it is disturbing for non smokers.

Staff who picked me up from the aiport was very kind. Pool surrounded by palm trees looks lush. The beer was cold.

Definitely not up to Accor standards. Room was extremely dirty and needs renovation. Towels were dirty and sheets had dirty spots on them too. Pool was dirty when I arrived, cats were walking on the tables and even eating from the buffet (not only disgusted but also dangerous). Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night without a reason. Half of the menu in the restaurant was out of stock. When checking out, nobody asked how my stay was, so maybe they don’t care about it? Very much disappointed.

The hotel is not just dated, some of the furniture in the room is broken en crooked. The room and bathroom are dirty. We stayed in a garden view room.

We open our credit card at reception at check in and to bill the resto consumption to the room. There was plenty credit left but they called us 11.30 in the night out of our bed to pay the bill. Next was 9 o clock in the morning, they called us for check out ... check out time is 12 o clock. The bathroom has a problem with the pipes. At breakfast all table where full or not cleaned uo. No chance to find a place to sit for breakfast. The water doesnt go out of the shower. After 5 min shower you stand in a lake of dirty water everywhere. At check out their didnt care about our complaints. This was my last time, we eilp never stay that overpriced but unprofessional hotel anymore.
