It has just had a beautiful renovation. The room is modern, well decorated and clean. the hotel is quiet and couple friendly. great coffee from the coffee club out the front. The ground floor rooms are amazing.

coffee club is expensive. especially $5 for sparkling water is a lot. even after the 15% discount it was still pricey for Bali. similar to Aus.

Perfect! Great pool, good restaurant, staff is amazing and friendly, clean and nice bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows

The location and beach. Too busy traffic and dogs on the beach, waves and quite dirty beach(

Great room, pool, staff, satellite tv, ac, on site Coffee Club branded restaurant, self service laundry, immaculate. Staff very personable & professional.

Street is controlled by a crew that charges and stops every car. Hotel does not appear on maps or Grab maps in correct location making it difficult to navigate drivers. NOT hotels fault just a fact that is a negative.

The room was clean, nice and spacious and the staff were friendly. The best part is the great breakfast that exceeded my expectation. Coffee was fantastic and the food is good restaurant standard. No buffet spread but I rather have a good solid breakfast/brunch. Great location. The beach is so near that you can have a beach view while taking your breakfast.

The staff did housekeeping when we were away having breakfast. We were shocked as we didn't hang the housekeeping request sign on the door. Had to ask them to leave 1st and give us 15min to change up as we were preparing to go for a day tour. There is a small swimming pool n gym so facilities is simple.

The rooms are really nice, the services are impeccable, and the location is right across the beach. But I want to focus on the service because I have never had a service better than this. My partner and I got sick and they took splendid care of us. They made off menu things to cater to our sick stomachs, lent us a thermometer and extra blankets, and when we forgot a jacket in the wardrobe they called us and sent it to us to a place nearby, within basically fifteen mins of checking out. They were very responsive to every additional request that was made and did it professionally and kindly. I originally planned to only stay from 4-8 of February but ended up extending to the 10th. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom ground floor suite which is a self contained apartment complete with a kitchen, dining room, lounge room, huge bedroom with ensuite. It is across the road from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed for 11 nights and would stay again. Breakfast is eaten at The Coffee club restaurant at the front of the hotel and it's very good with plenty of choices.

My only complaint is the pancakes definitely need maple syrup as too dry without it and you don't get juice and coffee, just one or the other. Which for the price per night is pretty poor.

This hotel was excellent value for money, the rooms are huge, clean and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. The gardens and the pool are beautiful and the pool is also huge. Having free guest Laundry facilities was so great and they even provided the washing powder. We didn't have breakfast included and while the breakfast in the coffee club was more expensive than other places it was excellent quality and good coffee. Location wise was great for us. We were extremely Happy with our stay and highly recommend. All the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Breakfast choices were very good and coffee was excellent. It would be nice to have a green juice mix as part of the breakfast menu. We all enjoyed the different choices for breakfast and the fruit plates were very enjoyable. The hotel pool offers a quiet peaceful escape from the busy street and beach areas and being able to order cocktails poolside from the Coffee Club was so convenient, and very tempting!

The spa was overpriced and the experience in the spa was average. Not good value for money compared to the price and other spa experiences we enjoyed during our stay.

We stayed in both the 3 br and 1 br units. First 3 days with friends and then with wife and kid. The rooms are large, nicely appointed and comfortable. The 3 br unit has excellent light. The 1 br has less light (it’s on the ground level) but is still comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The kids club is also great if you have young kids. The staff is exceptionally kind and d accommodating even by Balinese hospitality standards.

There isn’t much we didn’t like. This is not the property’s fault but we didn’t love the beach this property is on (Legian). We were there over Christmas and NYE and the beach got really busy and hence messy. We preferred the beaches and the vibe in Seminyak.
