Watermark Hotel & Spa Bali

The staff were lovely, friendly and happy. The pool was private clean and so refreshing after a hot day walking too and from the beach. The breakfast was really substantial and delicious - great value for only $10AUD.

The toilet leaked, slow nothing serious, from somewhere and the bathroom generally was getting a bit tired looking. I was only thete for a quick visit to Jimbaran beach which was a short walk away. This hotel is obviously just a transit hotel due to its proximity to the airport - though the staff made it feel like a resort.

The suite that we reserved was roomy! It includes a living area and a large television. The hotel's amenities were excellent, but the kids club should be open more frequently to ensure that the air is always fresh. The pool was the nicest facilities. The main pool was clean and had less chlorine, and there was a kids' pool in the corner.

A minor feedback from mine was the snack in suite lounge need to replace.

Suite room was excellent! Also the room and hotel facilities. Also nice to get an extra snack during my stay. The hotel also provides clear transfer, restaurant and breakfast coupons, including one for a free ride to Kuta Square. Two swimming pools available with comfortable chairs to relax!

All was good. Just as I had to check out early (05:00 AM) it would be great if (upon request) next time a breakfast bag could be provided, as the (included in my room rate) breakfast is only available from 06:30 AM onwards.

The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms are big and have loads of amenities. Location is super convenient as it is a short drive away from the airport. The rooms are brand new and well maintained.

Limited hours for restuarant and some restaurant shut due to the pandemic.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Kedonganan Fish Market. The location of the hotel is outside the tourist area, the road to the beach (700m) can be crossed with a vehicle provided by the hotel. The room(studio for 4 persons)is large, spacious. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. The only unpleasant thing for a European tourist is the breakfast with mostly Asian food, very few possibilities for a regular meal. The coffee is bad, but you will find very good coffee at the hotel bar, "Angelique", for 3 USD. In the lobby you will find a very honest and helpful taxi driver who will take you where you want to visit in Bali.

The junior suite is just amazing... the bed is huge and comfy, the bathroom, room and balcony too Everything is luxurious, room designed with attention to every detail youd expect in a 4* hotel Staff extremely helpful and fast when dealing with issues... impressive Good wifi too, which was key as we worked from the room part time We even got a personalised note and gifts from the manager on her anniversary (we had told the receptionist) The pool and hotel facilities great too. A real luxury stay at a bargain price during covid! Cant wait to be back!!!

Everything was great

Recommend, good hotel, great staff and services. Suite room was really good to stay for couple of nights, rooftop pool was good to swim with kid, ground floor pool was good as well. In the room there was a super big King bed - it was a bit more than 3m width, so be ready to search each other there as bed is really huge. Breakfast is good enough to stock up for first part of the day - there is also an egg station for non-asia food preferences. There is a good Japanese restourant in the hotel - good and clean Japanese food for moderate price. We took quite few massages from hotel spa salon - massage was really good quality, all clean, no bad smells etc - good service and price ratio. Hotel is located not exactly at the beach, but they offer a free shuttle cart to bring you to beach, from where you can have a nice 15-20min walk down to Jimbaran beach which is cleaner than the beach closer to hotel. Tip - if you take the walk, make sure to take afternoon/evening drink at Intercontinental hotel beach front bar, its amazing setup there and at least for drink or quick bite you would pay just a normal European price for the service, nothing extra ordinary.

We loved our stay at the Watermark. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The hotel is beautifully clean. The roof top pool was sensational. great location close to the beach, markets and some great local food. We were also kindly upgraded rooms which made our day!

We have stayed overnight at Watermark before, great location when arriving on late flights as very close to airport. Close to Jimbaran. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful- they are awesome. The hotel is recovering from the impact of lack of visitors the past 2 years- so the buffet breakfast is somewhat limited, fewer staff, limited services but still good. Good value for money overall, 2 lovely pool areas. The Japanese restaurant is still open and very good- delicious authentic food in a surprising location! Good massages at the in-house spa. Great beds- HUGE in the suite rooms.

Hopefully room service will be back, also the pool bar open. And if the water features around the hotel could be back up and running it would improve the atmosphere.

The staff at Watermark were amazing to us!!!! We had a last minute booking, they met our request for early check in, then when our flight was cancelled they arranged for an extended stay. The room service meals were good and the soups a lovely addition and the Japanese restaurant attached was really good. The staff ensured our stay during an uncertain time for us was as relaxing as could be. Don't miss the Spanish seafood restaurant Akura (I think), that was amazing. Thanks again to all involved in the Watermark.

Be sure to ask for a room away from main road, staff graciously swapped us out of one of these rooms due to noise after our first night.
