clean & spacious room, with comfy big bed. lovely staff, nice pool area. breakfast was great and included. they go to the extra extent to make you happy!

they cleaned away our own newly bought schampo and conditioner, and pressure of hot water wasn’t the greatest but still very happy with my stay. would only stay here if location doesn’t matter to you and you’re happy to take a scooter/gojek everywhere as there is nothing at ALL in the neighbourhood.

The hotel was very nice with a great pool area and good, clean rooms. It was by far one of most luxurious and tidy hotels we went to during our trip.

The location was not very convenient if you want to be able to walk to restaurants etc. You will have to take taxi. I recommend using the apps for taxi. The restaurant in the evening was disappointing. The Indonesian food was good but too small portions. Do not order the pizza, it seemed to be some type of frozen pizza.

Great, cozy hotel! Professional staff, spacious rooms by the pool, good breakfast, even entertainment every evening! We also had the best massage at their spa! Such a great value for this price! Also there is a yoga studio in 5 min away, where we had fun Aerial yoga class!

The area looks undeveloped, but we didn't care about that! We took a quick ride to all places needed!

The facilities and the comfort of the bed were great We liked the breakfast buffet with many options

The location of the property is really far from everything and the road is quite damaged near the hotel

The staff was excelent in helping. Very friendly and atended imedietly to any request! The place looks very impessive and relaxing. The bufee breakfest was excelent! Unfortunatly were not everyday available and the substitute breakfest vere only average!

The bed did needed to be repaired. While the staff imedietly attended and repaired the bed. Noticed that the matras as lifted out from the bed to do the repair was badly stained, very dirty! We invited guests to join us for diner in the restaurant unfortunatly most of the items listed on the menue were not available! (Apperently "out of stock"). The street lead to the resort is in very bad condition! The resort is far away from any of the atraction around!

Located in a good spot in Jimbaran. The facilities are good. Staff are excellent. They have a great spa that's reasonably priced. Shuttle service available to Jimbaran beach. Scooter rentals available opposite the resort

The access road to the resort is in poor condition but the taxi drivers don't seem to mind so much

Pool was very nice and the surrounding garden is beautiful. Breakfast was included in the price and it was tasty.

Couple of times we had dinner here and the food was well below average. First two days for some reason we did not have hot shower, the water was not even warm, but a couple of days later it was resolved. We stayed here during Christmas and we felt it was a bit overpriced for what it is.

Pool and restaurant area is very nice and calm. The lights in the evening are beautiful. The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. A lot to choose (buffet) and very delicious. Very good value for the money!

The location is far away from everything and the streets are really bad. Room was small and we had a wall in front of the balcony. But all in all still good value for money. Especially if you just want to relax at the resort.

the staff were extremely friendly, the facilities were very nice and clean. the pool already itself is beautiful! it’s an extremely nice facility that I’d stay in again. very nice balcony as well with a pool view!

the toilet was leaking a lot, I found a few critters in my room, the distance from the main roads and the VERY bumpy roads leading to the property

The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing a scooter to roam around (paid). The structure presents itself in a very nice way, with a beautiful inner garden. The restaurant providing breakfast and dinner is also more than OK. The room has a cosy balcony facing the swimming pool.

The room itself was not very clean, there were quite some hairs in the shower that were not removed and the cleaning only consists in removing the dust (but in all fairness this is common in Bali for this price range). The provided soaps were 3/4 empty.
