The hotel was kept clean daily. Staff was welcoming and friendly throughout. The location is good if you're driving around. Convience stores are close by.

Nothing to do with the hotel but.. The neighbourhood is still coming up so there's not much around when walking. Give it a few years for them to finish building the rails and it'll be more walking friendly. There's a mall opposite side of the road but it's still under renovation. Looks promising though.

Very nice 5 star hotel for a reasonable price. Wanted to show my children few highlight of Jakarta (Batavia) and the large scale and differences of an Asian city. We liked the stay in the hotel and the nice swimming pool. Also very friendly staff. Food was very good with a huge breakfast buffet. Personally the dining room could use a re styling as the atmosphere is a bit boring. But that is just a matter of taste. In the a mall nearby you can find few small restaurants and if you are really hooked up to junk food there is also a Mac Donald’s. Compared to other high class 5 star hotels this is good value for money.

Nothing. Minor thing is that staff asked to put review on Tripadvisor. I found this a bit unprofessional for a 5 star hotel.

Excelent Hospitality, perfect team & management. Even i lived good suprise with Turkish Speking Staff who she is Ms. Rita at F&B Department. Even Buffet Breakfast options were very good. Front Office Team was realy perfect. House Keeping Team was realy perfect My Reward is 100 Full

Ecerything was perfect.

Love the rooms, they have glass door bathrooms. breakfast was above average, a lot of choices for the guests. Staff are friendly and very polite. Enjoyed the stay!

The drain cap at our bathroom is a little dirty. Even after room service, it is still dirty. Other than that the rooms are clean and tidy.

The hotel is close to the bus stop. There are several food stalls & restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfy room. Check out time is very good at 12 pm.

The air conditioning took some time to be cold. The toilet temperature was warm. It was not clean either, there were some dirty spots inside.

Breakfast was exceptional, All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel appeared to be aimed at business customers however as we thought it was perfect for us as tourists to Jakarta. It certainly gave us a great impression of Jakarta and its lovely people.

The room was spacious...well maintained. The staffs were helpful and full of smiles.. Easy to get a taxi...

Nothing to do with the hotel...it was just the main road infront of the hotel was under construction...for MRT project...quite taking a longer detour and quite messy...

The place is pretty good, clean , staff are welcoming and helpful. They surprised us with anniversary cake , it was a nice gesture.

Unfortunately I did not like the fact that restaurant is closed by 9 pm though room service is available 24 hrs .

The dinner served in the room was exceptionally good and value for money.

Rooms are not specious. Requested to up grade but unfortunately didn't and even my request for late check out @ 3pm wasn't accepted. Staff politely refused it.

I loved the attention for details. I loved the new and modern style furniture. Most importantly, the staff were very well dressed, very friendly, and very welcoming. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Jakrta.
