What more can be added to what has already been said and praised so many times? Everything is accurate! The staff, the location, the breakfast, and the amenities. The service for renting a scooter, WiFi, and the bed, everything is okay to a great pleasure. And you’re never alone: Even in your private moments in the open bathroom, there is always a gecko, salamander, or whatever other creature checking on you. It’s a place with no fuzz that is definitely worth booking for more than a few days.

Check-in was confusing. There are two entrances on different locations: The entrance to the villas and the second one to the cottages that’s next to O’zarome restaurant. If you’re unlucky as I was, this unfriendly French receptionist will demand cash payment or a 3% additional charge when paying by credit card. Since I didn’t carry enough cash, I had to go in search of an ATM. Although I left my luggage, all valuables, and my credit card details with that woman, she still kept my passport as “a guarantee”. What a weird way of welcoming a guest for a full week booking! Well, blondie, there is still a lot to learn from the local Balinese staff! I prefer their way of welcoming and trusting guests, and that is quite different from yours!

The gardens and pool areas were lovely. Really relaxing and tranquil. Breakfast was nice, the continental breakfast came included which was toast, jam, fruit, juice and coffee or tea, and it wasn’t expensive to add extras like eggs. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and responded to our requests quickly. Our laundry came back beautifully done! Our room, the 3 bedroom villa, was huge and nicely presented. It’s a rustic traditional style joglo. Don’t expect it to be brand new, but it was comfortable and spacious. Overall, United Colors was great value for money and an amazing option for staying with kids!

The staff was incredible! I got sick during my stay, they came by the room and asked if I need anything, so I felt well taken care of. The Location is perfect, right in the middle of everything but nice and quiet. Services were reliable and professional. can definitely recommend this place.

There is a temple next door (which is actually nice to be right in the community) with a small „tower“, from which one has an unobstructed view into the bathroom, so I had a little embarrassing moment there one day.

Very good restaurant on site, nice personnel and lots of facilities, great rooms and pools, everything well maintaned. The place has 3 compounds which may suprise you and you can get different feel then on the pictures when booking but all 3 parts deliver same high standards.

United Colors of Bali is close to one of the biggest trafffic jams on Bali, and basically all beaches and other possible activities out of the hotel are behind traffic jams on surrounding trunk streets. Which was not very clear when we booked the property as it is 5 km from nearest beach in the middle of rice fields with new developments. Actually crazy traffic is how Canggu area is now known about , so lets hope for everyone it will get better in the future.

We could actually live here. Our stay in Villa Blue was just wonderful. Waking up, diving in the pool, getting a free (!) yoga session or massage … enjoying the delicious breakfast afterwards. The hotel has 3 pools on site, take your pick. Scooters or cars are for rent via the reception and you can ask the staff for anything. They have a Whatsapp-group you can join during your stay. And for literally anything else: James (reception manager) is your guy! Even for small medical inquiries 😅 He’s a gem. Nice restaurant on site, some nice ones down the street too. You’ll need transportation to get to the beach, but it’s a quick fix with on of the apps like Gojek. Hope to be back soon!

We loved the cold pool, sunny loungers and our little private terrace in front of our bungalow. The staff were lovely and so helpful. You could feasibly stay here and never need to leave as the restaurant offers lunch and dinners too, but we hired motorbikes from the front desk and explored Canggu a few days, good location for getting to restaurants and the beach. The room was so clean and smelled lovely, and we loved the outdoor bathroom!

For the quality of the hotel and the price, it's disappointing that the double bed is made of 2 single mattresses shoved together. Made for an uncomfortable sleep most nights. These should be replaced asap.

This is truly a gem in the middle of Changuu. First of all is beautiful, typical balinese villas, but still clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool. The staff was incredible, always with a smile on their face and ready to help. They cleaned our villa every day and everything was explained in the brochure they give us during the check in. The breakfast was simple but enough for us, you could have one hot beverage (tea or coffee), one fresh juice or fruit salad, 2 piece of toast with jam and butter and one egg cooked according to your preference. You also have other options that you have to pay but is really not that much and we feel was fair pricing. The location was great, granted that in Bali you can't really walk that much so u have to rely on a grab picking u up more than you think. Overall it was a beautiful places ran by kind people and we will for sure be back.

If I have to be picky I would have loved some dairy free milk options during breakfast. If you are not a fan of black coffee than you need to buy your own milk. The hot water in the shower didn't last very long but it's like 100 degrees so is really not an issue.

What a sensational 4 nights stay... Hotel grounds and villa are immaculate.The villa is quite spacious, rooms are upstairs so very convenient when baby was asleep we still have heaps of spece to chill out.Staff is polite, super friendly and attentive.James greated us upon arrival , his English is fantastic and he recommend us multiple family friendly places to visit .I loved that they had a WhatsApp which they were extremely responsive which I used to order food, book a massage etc... They had welcome drinks, 2x 30mins complimentary massage AND 2x 1h free yoga pass !!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

A bit far from the main center but easy enough to get to with the local Uber..Some suggestions would be to leave sponge and dishwashing liquid so guests can do their own dishes (we needed to wash our baby's bottle). 8am breakfast was a bit late for us as our kids wake up early 😅 Other than that it has been our favourite !!!

United Colors of Bali is spectacular. It's basically an affordable mini retreat area where the people are warm and friendly, the Joglo we stayed in is spacious and clean and comfortable. There's beautiful relaxing pools and a lovely restaurant on site with delicious food and beautiful friendly service as well as beautiful spaces to do yoga. Our room had a jacuzzi and there.are massage and spa facilities available. Juliette at reception is warm and helpful and all of the staff check in to ensure you're doing ok. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We stayed in Joglo 1 and there was construction all day and night, of course not at the fault of UCB. The complimentary yoga passes were welcomed but the yoga teacher didn't come - so it was a nice gesture but no real bonus. The Joglos are relatively open so we also had big spiders and lots of beatles and cock roaches as well as mosquitoes- but that's the nature of having everything open. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was great. The kids meals came out last- after everyone was finished. And lastly if you travel with kids, (and having construction workers right over the fence) I felt like I had to lock them in their own individual rooms so maybe not so ideal with smaller children..

The place was absolutely gorgeous. This was my first accommodation on my one month trip to Bali and It's going to be hard to beat. The grounds were lovely with lots of lush greenery. The restaurant on site served really yummy food - decently priced Breakfast though simple was really good. Really enjoyed the free yoga class. Room had a great layout- bright, extremely clean with an outdoor shower and open bathroom.

It is quite far from the main area of canggu but I used gojek/grab bikes to get around which wasn't too bad. I could see it being a bit of a pain to get a car though as the road to the hotel was quite narrow.
