The room always clean. Because the room attendant cleaned it everyday. Dimas did very good job.

Restaurant was not good. 2 times order and dissapointed. To long to wait, food was not taste(i order sop buntut bakar and burger for family) nasi goreng was no taste. The WIFI in the room was really bad. Security, little bit picky. Only guest who come with car they will friendly and open the door. But 1 security was really good ,he was from the back and help me carry things. The rest during my stay was ok.

The pool and the bed

I confirmed to booking.com that there will be two people. In fact toileteries available only for 1 person. When I complained, they said that is their SOP and I need to call them to get the toileteries for the second people. I never experience this before. In my experience, Hotels usually give toileteries minimum for two people per room amid there will be only one person. If you want to pleased customer, you need to give extra, not make them asking for what they eligible for.

Good location from my place of visit. The breakfast is one of the best with lots of varieties and Japanese dishes. The price and the facilities are the best. The staff is very helpful and proactive.

The bed seemed had become old enough and needed a change. The shower head cannot be turned and controlled. The lighting should be brighter with just few added lights will be great. Can keep some snacks and drinks in the empty fridge.

The swimming pool was so large for adult. And also there's pool for child..

In application said there's bathub for the facilities room that I choose..but in fact, there isn't bathub,just shower. Is it a lie to get the customer? In swimming pool also there's no one staff there...in hotel's rule book said, the towels in room may not bring to the swimming pool...but in swimming pool, none staff stand by in counter...when i call receptionist to asked towel, he said the rule is someone who wanna swim,must bring towels from their rooms... i don't know which one is correct. So my husband, son n me go to my room in wet 🤦‍♀️

Gym support from Pak Eri is excellent, he is very understanding on customer needs.

I was requested to put 200 KIDR deposit by Receptionist without clear explanation of reasoning behind. This is my 3rd stay, paid in advance for the room and never asked for deposit money before.

The facility and service are worth, competitive price and warm staff, well-maintained & clean room, suitable location (in the industrial estate and in-front of shopping mall)

Need more user-friendly and quick WiFi connection when needed for work with laptop

We took this hotel as a transit place, not expect too much because only for sleeping. But found a comfort and clean room with very good price was nice, with large swimming pool and friendly staffs.

Limited tv channels for movie options, but actually already complete (kids, movie, sport, local news)

good location, easy to go to the food court in front of the hotel and also available supermarket it's become comfortable for the guest who staying at grand zury. And I think the hotel location is the best location in JABABEKA.

I stayed at the hotel 2 times and during I stay there all happens it's good, my suggestion is please keep your good service and improve if you got complain or input from the customer.

There's table and chair in the room that make working at room is comfortable enough.

If we get the west side, the room feel hot when we came after work.

Checking in. Complimentary hot Wijan jahe drink. Bath tube was comfortable. I got use to the self cleaning toilets. The pool was excellent in this hotel as I could swim and watch the moon and stars. I ordered many times over the spaghetti carbonara was so creamy and cheesy😋.
