Hotel Horison Ultima Bekasi

The interconnecting room, because we've traveled with our 2 kids. It was abit difficult to find interconnecting rooms in other hotels around Bekasi. The swimming pool area is nice. The breakfast is varied and good. Love the variations alot. It's closeby a mall, so it was easy to find foods 😋

We love the fact that the staff were very friendly and super professional. We feel very welcome and at home. Also it is directly next to a shopping mall that basically has everything, including restaurants, ATMs and supermarket.

The drain in the shower did not work properly, therefore, too much water pooling in the shower’s floor.

The location is excellent the hotel is good the staff nice and friendly. The room tidy and clean.

The check out was 12 clock but one hour before I received 3 reminder from staff I feel that bit annoyed. The breakfast not bad except an omelette was held too salty.

A great flagship hotel that has adapted to local competitive hotels by enhanced facilities. They have expanded the room options and being above a huge shopping center is a great bonus. Basically you can shop eat go out and be in central Bekasi

it was comfortable and situated right next to the mall

they gave us two single beds on the first night and charged us 100,000 to change the next day. The toaster didn’t work properly and the ciabatta was stale. it caters very well to big Indonesian groups

The staff are very helpfull. The breakfast has a good menu and the view is amazing. In the clear day, possibe to see the mountains around the city.

During the rainday, there is leakage at the ceiling in front of the lift (16th floor). It is quite danger, because of slippery.

I booked for non-smoking room with bathtub. But when checking, we got smoking room, bathtub, and with connecting door (room 504). Smoking room is ok, but we lil bit felt uncomfortable with sound from my next room, it's annoying. Bathroom door can't be locked

The food need to be upgraded I ordered Croffles for desserts its to thick, hard and cold when it served should be the Croffles is crunchy , and for the main menu grilled chicken cheese the chicken not so fresh and its a bit salty kindly please upgrade

The view to the pool from the room is great,, The food was various and the taste were good The staff were friendly and patient

2 of 4 of pillowcase was dull,,the window glass not clear anymore and there is dust in below of table and chair. In high season the hotel must have more staff to handle more visitors to avoid long queue in the time when check in

The room and comfort of the bed

The bed sheet/linen are old and full of staines. An improvement on this would help the cleanliness image for the hotel
