Namah Resort Jim Corbett, a member of Radisson Individuals

We had visited the resort for 3 days and booked two rooms. Must say that this was one of the finest experiences for me & my family in recent times. Had a very warm welcome on arrival & equally smooth departure formalities. The resort is a perfect match of hospitality, care, cleanliness, spacious surroundings, politeness, sumptuous delicacies, excellent rooms with awesome ambience and secured environment full of positivity & greenery. This property beats all other similar category resorts in a near vicinity. Strongly recommended for everyone who is looking for a 5-star property at Jim Corbett, which is worth every penny. Everything was perfect, cannot list all but worth mentioning few bullets are - Polite & helpful staff, ambience of the resort, lush green environment, spacious rooms, excellent food, security measures all around and most importantly - the positive vibes all around the property. Exceptionally beautiful & superbly designed property. Location is excellent with the river flowing along the property & overlooking green mountains. Lots of greenery, beautiful plants & feel of living in nature. Staff is outstanding, on the toes, extremely helpful polite & friendly. Food is excellent. Probably one of the best resorts I have stayed in India and overseas. Leadership makes the difference and the GM of the property personally was present for checkout, take feedback and see off.

After a long day at the safari going back to the resort for a relaxing massage, delicious dinner and restful sleep are all that makes a holiday a memorable experience. The staff, food and facilities are good.

The fittings in the bathroom like racks and hooks were placed so high that a person of average height would not be able to reach. Price per night was high considering it is not peak season yet. The spa facilities were just ok.

The ambience, staff and the whole property was beautiful. We enjoyed are stay there. Surely will be visiting with the whole family next time. We had also forgotten some items at the hotel on our way back, the staff went out of their way to return it to us. Their concern for their clients is amazing!

Everything was perfect!

Situated on the banks of River kosi against the background of Himalayan mountains, Namah is perfect place to get away from the stress of daily life. The property is beautifully carved out to give you a complete holiday experience. Rooms are very clean with all the basic necessities. Staff was very helpful at every step. In fact, when we got late in returning from Safari in the morning, they called us and hold on the buffet breakfast for an hour after the finishing time.

Very good breakfast spread and good service . The staff was polite and helpful. The meals were tasty . The housekeeping staff did a good job .

1. The room air conditioner was not usable . It would chill the room since the rheostat controller was not working . Despite repeated complaints it was not repaired .during our stay . The controllers are broken and need replacement. 2. The bathroom needs to have a few hanging racks / hooks . The one set outside the bathing area is too high for most people . It is a simple matter to fix two such hooks on the wall at a height of 5 feet which is the norm in most hotels .

Overall stay, property ambience, and food are good. Specially the restaurant service by Rahul and Ashwini was very personalised. Also, had a great chat with their executive chef Mr. Yogendar Singh and the ginger bread house they made for Christmas.

The greenery at the property , facilities and activities which were organised . Staff was very helpful . Food was good also

The rooms were old and need renovation . The bathrooms had stains . There were lizards in the rooms

Beautiful views, tasty food, clean environment, comfortable rooms and above all a very efficient service by the staff. Specially Ram ji from house keeping, Himanshu ji, Kripal ji from food and beverages, Girish from activity desk and Sunil ji from front desk. Very helpful, they made our stay very comfortable.

Nothing to b disliked

Very beautiful property. Located at the river side with some lovely views from outside the room. Lot of activities for kids. Want to specially appreciate the entire staff who was very professional and made our special day really very special and unforgettable. And what a top class room cleaning services. Once again Thank you team Namah for a wonderful hospitality.
