Radisson Kufri

We loved staying at Radisson Kufri. We had booked one family room and one deluxe room. The location was awesome and the view from the deluxe room was spectacular. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff (almost all of them including all the front desk staff) was very warm and friendly. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. The restaurant staff was also very good. Special mention to Mr. Govind who was very professional and always prompt with our requests even when the restaurant was crowded. We also used the tour options provided by the hotel and Mr. Raman was very helpful in planning the tours, especially some out of box tours that gave us glimpse of the life in the area. Overall we had a wonderful time there.

Very few things indeed. I think for the family room, there is no option to close the door of any one room (or even the wardrobe area), which is a problem (especially for changing) as both rooms are open to each other. The view of the family room was also very dull.

Nice loc and staff. Mr Arun at the reception is a thorough professional and excellent person. Amenities are coming up being a new property. Breakfast and dinner was just average and need improvement.

being a new property, the rooms are nice and clean. we stayed for 5 days and were comfortable with the room size, amenities and cleanliness.

the overall quality of food was not great when you take into account the premium pricing that they charge. the breakfast and dinner buffet spread was pretty ordinary. however, after the first day, we ordered a-la-carte and that was decent. still quite overpriced and not worth the money spent. bakery and desert are major areas for improvement. also, the mini fridge in our room wasn’t working and didn’t chill our beverages even after their engineer came and adjusted the settings.

We enjoyed our time here a lot. The staff were extremely cordial and hospitable. When we discovered that our rooms were not to our liking, the staff went out of their way to allocate us the rooms that were really to our liking. The location is stunning and the interiors and decor are also very tastefully done. The restaurant staff are all also extremely cordial and took great care of us on both days for all meals..special mention must go to Mr. Maneesh, Chef Shameem, Cher Hari Om, Mr. Alok, Mr. Rakesh, and everyone else. The hotel was extremely accommodative of my dietary restrictions- gluten, dairy and soy free food and in fact kept all options ready for me. I will definitely come here again.

Our recent stay was fantastic. The resort is newly opened and you can see they are still putting on some finishing touches but we felt welcomed right away (the fresh pomegranate juice on arrival was a nice touch)! The location is amazing with views of the Himalayas on a clear day. The food was very tasty but it was the staff that made our stay so exceptional! The zoo is very close and we recommend a visit but beware of the monkeys! it’s a good place for a staycation or you can hire a car to take you to Shimla about half an hour away.

When the power goes off an alarm in the hotel starts. This happened in several occasions and while it didn’t last long the middle of the night alarm woke us once.

excellent hospitality and truly sumptuous yummy food! i went there with my family and we all had a great time all thanks to the staff and the amazing chefs who made such delicious food. shout out and special thanks to staff members Shilpa and Kajal who were so humble, can’t recall other names but everyone was very sweet and humble. Huge cheers and appreciation for the Chefs Ramesh and Chef Shameem Qureshi, food was excellent, one of the best Dal makhani we have ever had, even the Chinese was lip smacking. Mr. Vivek, the manager, was extremely polite and made us all feel home.

The view of mountains from the rooms & restaurant is hard to find in any other 5 stars.. The food has varities & buffet menu is the better option then al Carte i suppose

They didn't have a bar licence yet, so didn't get mocktail's in the menu... The rooms have fitting's of temp control units bt they are not working due to technical issues.. there are glitches with electricity connection in the hotel, on & off.. they are not providing amenities in the room, maybe cause the have jst started..

I stayed in Radisson kufri for 4 days and it's in my top list now for best stays. Gorgeous building as it was newly built and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (with spectacular views of shimla valley from its huge windows), and high quality service. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

I didn't like the price of food as it was too expensive.

Its a brand new hotel with some fantastic views and swanky lobby and common areas. The highlight of our stay was their service. Had a great experience right from check-in all the way through. Food and service at their restaurant is outstanding. The dinner buffet was superb and the restaurant in exceptionally managed by a great team. The chef Mr. Qureshi cooked up some delicious food and attended to us personally. Mr. Manoj and his team of the restaurant staff were also amazing with their brilliant service.

Location is great. Right on the highway. Cleanliness and hygiene well maintained. Brand new property with amazing views from the room. Staff is amazing. Ankush took good care of us at the restaurant.

Room size is small. No chairs provided. If you need extra bed then you are cramped. No bar yet at the hotel so get your own bottles.
