ibis Nashik - An Accor Brand

Breakfast spread was good. It was tasty. The staff enquired and made hot omlettes and dosa. They also prepared hot tea separately. The lady named Sadhna at the front desk is very cheerful and nice. She played with my kids and were very fond of her.

The hotel room is very small compared to a 3 star property. The bathroom is extremely small. They have made it like a air plane washroom.Lack of proper ventilation. The staff response is very slow. They sometimes don't pick up calls.The staff of the hotel is new mostly and does not know much about the place and cannot guide. The A la carte menu in the hotel is very limited and overpriced. The staff also does not have much idea about the dishes and thus cannot help with any recommendations.

Comfortable and cozy

The check in.. i had informed i was traveling from Mumbai and need early check in but they didn't do anything nor informed. Would have seen another hotel

The stay was good, room was clean.

The buffet food was very average. The staff while check out informed with a bullyish attitude that we may have to pay the half amount of the rooms if we stay longer than 12.45 pm.. We were not informed about the same previous night when we asked for the delayed check out by the previous person who checked us in. We checked in late at 9.30 pm and we requested for a delayed check out that too for mere 1 hour or so, for which the staff agreed as well.They should have conveyed the same when we asked for the delayed check out which they did not.

Break fast was good.

You have kept lady staff at Entrance who not able to pick luggages and drop at cab.

The Ibis, Nashik is a very neat and professionally managed hotel with very efficient staff. It is in the vicinity of most industries and is frequented by working professionals. The staff was extremely courteous. In particular, I would like to mention Mr. Tulsiram who was extremely helpful in guiding us about the things-to-do in Nashik. He appeared extremely proud of working with Ibis and went beyond his job profile to help us.

The breakfast and dinner spread, particularly in non-vegetarian segment, was rather sparse. Therefore, I decided to explore other restaurants for meals! (It is understandable, because most of the clientele in this region prefer vegetarian food.)

Good location. Well maintained. Worth the pricing. Mostly was looking for pet friendly hotels and they allow pets, so in all met my expectations.

Food buffet variety options for breakfast can be further looked into. It’s not that I dint like but felt for pricing the options were quite limited for people who prefer Food without onion and garlic.

The hotel is on main road and well connected with attractive tourist destinations without much time. Hotel reception and other departments are also well managed with quick response to request. Food: We also had taken the dinner and breakfast options while booking room. The buffet dinner was excellent with lots of options and also food quality was good. Breakfast was also good with live request also taken care off. Special mention to Niraj, Kalpesh and Chef Darshan who helped with special breakfast dishes for our kid. Ambience & Cleanliness: Hotel ambience was good and special precautions were taken for the covid-19 protocols. Cleanliness was maintained in the hotel with same level even if the hotel was booked due to holiday time it seems.

1. Parking - Valet was not available and it was difficult to park sometimes due to parking done incorrectly by others 2. Room size felt little small but was manageable for 2 adults and 1 child.

Location of the property was very convenient, right on the highway. Staff were polite and helpful.

We were 4 friends travelling together and and requested for rooms close to each other while booking itself. Had to compromise on the smoking floor, while checking in. It was just a stopover during our journey so we adjusted.

Ibis exudes warmth. The hotel is by itself a very pleasent experience. The staff are courteous, well mannered and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and so were the washrooms: Had read reviews complaining about the size of the washrooms. It's built like a pod and honestly loved that quirky element to it. The hotel is on the outskirts and most of the sights of Nashik are around 15-45 minutes away. You might find it difficult to catch a cab early in the morning - be prepared. Strongly recommended for family with kids.

At the check-in , we were enquired whether he had provided the credit card details to confirm as is the norm. This is despite having received several calls from the same hotel to confirm and after our confirmation even on the time. Besides, the said norms are not stipulated in the booking rules of the website. This is annoying.

Breakfast was good. Beautiful resturant.

Tiny and congested bathroom. Staff was unresponsive most of the time. When we reached the location, i was feeling well and my Blood pressure was dropping, so we asked for something sweet to drink, they took 30 min to respond and their response was we don't have anything like that in our menu. 🥺
