Hyatt Regency Ludhiana

Breakfast was excellent with choices. The staff was excellent throughout our stay including Ganesh Joshi, Prabhash, Tamanna, Neeraj, Keshav, Mohit, Vishvas, Vishal, Kajal, Rajni, Saakshi, Rohit, Kartar Singh, Babu Ram, Sonam, Ramandeep Kaur, Sunil, Sahil, and many others to contribute our excellent and memorable stay at Hyatt in Ludhiana. Keep it up!

We had a couple of rooms. One room 5018 had constant moisture build up and made the air heavy in the room.

Nandini from front desk staff is excellent and, she went all out to make us conformable. The rooms are quite hugh, clean and tidy. The breakfast spread was elaborative and F&B staff again was doing everything to please the guests. The property is on main road so easily acces8ble.

Some minor details have to be taken care of, while one front desk staff refused us the early checkin, allowing it for other guests. That's where Nandini stepped up and made sure we get to check in. Bathroom slippers were not available and the security at night was not allowing us to take our personal camera inside the hotel. Barring these small hiccups, the stay was good

Sahiba guest relations a credit to your team. Very helpful and was able to show us other rooms for possible upgrades. Samita was attentive and listened to our concerns and addressed any queries calmly and professionally Room was cleaned very well and tidy and staff attentive.

1 bad night where there was a lot of noise outside and either a takeaway breakfast please ensure cutlery is provided. The fruit in the room should be replenished daily rather than just left as it had become stale after a couple of days

breakfast was delicious, room service was brilliant, customer service was awesome samita was the manager and she was phenomenal.

parking staff was very poor i lived 6 nights felt like they were giving importance to new customers. every time they had taken 20 to 25 minutes to get my car from the basement. management needs to take this concern seriously.

Excellent service from front office staff. Mr Umair, as while checkin at front office he helped me with the room upgrade and was very helpful. Awesome service by Mr Dheeraj & Mr Ripen at "The Gallery Bar" If you want a excellent service with smile, do visit , they would make u feel extra special with awesome Cocktails. I would definately visit again , whenever I come to Ludhiana

The flooring in dining needs updating

Room space is good. Staff is friendly.

At night AC feel like didn’t work as in the middle of sleep I woke up due to feelimg hot and i m sweating also. This one thing is which is not good and make my stay little bad. Overall it is good.

The staff was very prompt and took really good care of my requests online too. they were very understanding when we had to change the dates of our stay and they made sure my parents who were staying at the hotel remained comfortable throughout their trip.

Friendly staff that are willing to help. Rooms were great with features and space you would normally pay more for. Complimentary bar access was a part of the room fare, and was great. Recommend this hotel.

Outside is tired looking and on arrival you wonder what the inside might be like. It's fine when you get inside.
