We stayed for 3N-4D at the hotel. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The quality of service is exceptional. Overall, it was a delightful experience. Location is very good with amazing night life. There are many restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the hotel.

I think everything was good. We did not find any cause to complain. One suggestion: the hotel should provide some sort of car cleaning service to those who have driven from other cities.

Room cleanliness, supportive staff, good food

Some other guests on the same floor were very noisy in the night . Very disturbing. Hotel staff should take care of this. Also my arrival flight was cancelled by the airline, due to which I couldn't use the room for the first night. But the hotel charged me full tarrif for that. No concessions made, although it was the fault of the airline.

Good breakfast . Excellent location . Good hotel but too many business travelers. Hotel is for business visitors not for holiday or relaxation

Too many business travelers crowding the breakfast buffet . Rooms could have been bigger . View is of residential towers and hence not worth looking out of the window . Should be advertised as a business hotel so people who are looking for relaxation can avoid it

Best part of this stay was hotel's location. Easy to find. Almost everyone was aware of nearby landmarks. Hotel was good and decently priced. Food was really good. A little expensive I suppose but sure worth trying. Room was just the right size. Washroom was small but clean. View from room was also nice. Not recommended for family stay as there was nothing to do but good for solo travelers and business stays.

Rarely it happens that you have so much to write in dislike column and still you graded a Hotel as 8. Firstly there was nothing fun that you can do in this hotel. No pool no sports center nothing. Then there was sound proofing problem. You can actually listen to people talking (like a lot). Washroom was a little small. TV had limited channels with no access to internet viewing.

Restaurant service provided by vaishnav and sankalp, both of them were so customer centric, polite and professional. I would give them the highest recommendation and appreciate their overall support for past 2 weeks. I would like to request to Marriott team toconsider these 2 guys valueable employees or employee of the month. Please convey my thanks and appreciation to them. Wish you all good luck and sucess

Room was clean. Check-in process was fast. Housekeeping requests were fulfilled quite fast. Room service in room was good.

Food was a bit expensive, considering the hotel. No variety in breakfast - for 3 days almost everything was the same. Service was a bit slow. Tea variety was a bit less - no Darjeeling tea was available, we had to get our tea bags from outside.

The Buffet for Dinner and Breakfast was too good. The Location is absolutely fantastic and looks to be well connected. The staff is good but need to maintain eye contact to understand the exact customer requireents

The temperature in Lobby here near reception was not at all comfortable. Though the staff is agile and try to make up the requirements but do not look at guest eye to understand exactly what is the requirements

Wonderful staff and hospitality Mr Tabish was exceptional and upgraded us without second thought upon a request to be on the same floor as the other booked room since I was travelling with my family. Truly a hassle-free and wonderful experience. Thank you for making the 2 day trip amazingly relaxing and worthwhile

Room was excellent and comfortable, clean.

1. Somebody to show the room at arrival. 2. Door lock was not working - informed the reception, they didn't repair and left the door open. Serious lapse from the technical staff. After the repair, the bathroom mat was missing. 3. The electric kettle provided was not that good. It had a hole near the switch and was prone to burn hands. 4. Was not able to switch off AC. That too was repaired.
