Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat

The location/ ambience , cleanliness / courteous Staff , in particular, Mr Sheetal at the front desk / reception . The food was awesome . The Fun Zone was excellent fun . Overall excellent 👍

The dormitory for the drivers is in a bad shape ......my driver told me about this the next day morning & i personally paid a visit to the dormitory.......the place was stinking & untidy . The mattresses looked unwashed for years .......washrooms were in a bad shape & all this at an exhorbitant price . The management needs to work upon this & act upon asap

From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The serene ambiance and picturesque surroundings of Karjat provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether it was indulging in delicious meals at the restaurant, taking a dip in the pool, Kids play area or simply lounging in the comfortable accommodations, every moment spent at Radisson Blu Karjat was filled with joy and contentment.I am grateful for the opportunity to have shared such wonderful moments with you at Radisson Blu Karjat. I look forward to the possibility of returning someday and creating more cherished memories together.

Chef Rajiv and the General Manager, made us a special dinner item for our anniversary. Sandeep and Pooja decorated our room so well! Very friendly. The girl at the spa was also very helpful. Its a cute little property made in Balinese style. The courtyard and the pool is very well done. Great hot water in the shower.

We requested the maitre'd to give us our tea next to the pool side and he refused, saying they do not allow that. Later saw them serving other guest there. That was not such a nice experience. The arrival was not that great either. I just kept waiting for a valet, nothing happened. The property needs servicing. Plug points do not work and the AC keeps tripping. The property is at a non descript place and once one is done with roaming about the property, there isnt much to do

the way they managed the new year rush is excellent. The food spread was good. room size was awesome. However, expected a better view. Hospitality was good. The game zone was awesome.

The property does not have much view compared to other properties in Karjat. No river view as such though it was next to river. They could have created an open space/access to river for people who likes serenity. The new year music was very very loud and kind of deafening. These things can be taken care of a little for people who visited the place not to party, rather to enjoy in silence near nature. The quantity of tea which we ordered in room though highly charges not enough for even a single person.

Staff was polite , attentive and quick to take action. Breakfast was always great. Saturday dinner was also very good. I also liked the view from my room. Kids play area was also good. The toys were in good condition and staff was co operative.

Sunday night dinner 26 nov at panorma was not up to the mark. We weren't initially informed about chang in restaurant or a buggy is available. The food was also not that good only dhabeli and pani puri counter and deserts were nice. Also it would be nice if the hotel can have some affordable way to ( like a shuttle) ferry passengers at least till Karjat railways station. All available options were too expensive.

well located with ample of activity options to keep yourself occupied. They have spa, Gaming zone, indoor/ outdoor sports , swimming Pool etc. There is no need to step outside the property once you’re inside. Food is delicious and staff is very courteous and helpful.

cleanliness could be a bit better for 5 star standards. There was a used tooth brush in our bathroom. Tables were made at dining area but we’re not very clean. couple of cycles were out of order. when we visited there was a huge corporate group who was there, they had occupied the entire swimming pool to play game and were way to loud so there was no option for us to go swimming in between their game. Not too sure what hotel management could have done about it as they were guest too but because of this we couldn’t utilise the pool

Such a wonderful and peaceful place. The breakfast is amazing, food and service really great, especially Mahima, Mahesh and all Dipak team. Wi-fi was good. Amazing swimming pool outside, very well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

In the rooms, furniture should be renovated, and in the minibar there should be some snacks available - it was empty. Also, there was no fan in the toilet, which is quite unappropriate for a 5 star. In the Spa, it would be nice to also have a sauna to be used separately from other treatments.

Spacious room facing scenic Karjat side hills/skyline or property's swimming pool. Luckily I got pool view with hills on the backdrop. Room was clean, but balcony was a bit dirty due to birds. Bathroom was as good as new. Staff was approachable and friendly. Opt for buffet in the booking.

About 3 to 5 kms approach road towards the resort was very bad. I expected Radisson to have some say in the local body to maintain the approach road, at least for the 1 km near it. Balcony was a bit unmaintained - cleanliness, seats and table. Food prices are high for a-la-carte. Welcome note says that outside beverages are not allowed. Needs to be deposited at check-in, will be returned at check-out.

Everything was par excellence - the staff, ambience, food, entertainment!!!! I would like to have a special mention to the restaurant team, who were FANTASTIC!!! They never said no to anything, arranged for food out of the buffet for our son (and did not charge us extra), and were always helpful, friendly and smiling. But over ALL the staff from the fun zone, kids area, golf cart drives, housekeeping, front desk, literally, EVERYONE was fantastic. The Fun Park is a gaming centre with soft play, trampoline, wall climbing, arcade games, bowling, and cricket - you have to pay extra to use it, but it's fantastic and some activities are reasonably priced but the soft play and trampoline are WAY OVER priced.

SPA - was a bit of a big disappointment. The ambience was relaxing and the massage was also good, but its not value for money. The hot water did not work for a shower.

The views were amazing. Food was good. Staff friendly and helping. Stay was pleasant.Pool setup is also lovely. Kidszone was good.And the breakfast with live counters was delicious.The panaroma restaurant's ambience is spectacular.Rooms also nice and clean.Loved the rustic celing and fan.Staff managers Pramod and Om were really helpful and served us well.And staff member Mudassir also took good care of us during dinner.

In the rooms(deluxe suite and deluxe), the switches and buttons are not connected properly.The buttons next ur bed do nothing for eg.They r more for display only.The staff is kind and pleasing but communication in english with foreign visitors is not so easy.The taps and showers were leaking.At dining area, knives were not always provided.At pool, though they have a board with instructions there is noone to look if the rules are followed.Small things needs some improvements considering it is a 5 star resort. Pillows were way too big, we were not comfortable with them.
