A mid-sized hotel in a peaceful location out of the busy part of town. The pool, gym and spa facilities are excellent. do treat yourself to a spa treatment, it really is excellent quality. large and comfortable rooms. the staff were generally very friendly and hospitable

there was a large international menu but I had some difficulty finding options that were available. I love Indian food so that’s fine, but at times I just wanted something simple and healthy (steamed veg, etc) after eating a lot of rich and spicy food, and it wasn’t always straight forward. but I did find you could talk to the restaurant AMS get them to make something for you.

Only Mr Saroj of F&B, Mr Satish and front office were best supporting staff. A lot needs to be improved still. Front office maximum staff were good. The staff who pulled down my luggage left it at reception and did not brought when the car came and had to put the luggage myself. And suddenly the staff came when they saw that I myself was pulling the luggage and they starting pulling and BROKE my rest end of the luggage

Their attitude is not customer oriented. Initially I booked for 2 nights. Due to changes in my schedule I needed to modify the booking to 1 night, therefore contacted the hotel to the modifications. They said they can't do it as the hotel is fully booked. On Booking.com there were several rooms available in different segments. They insisted that they need to charge for 2 nights. Later on I contacted Booking.com and the supportive agent resolved the issue within 2 minutes. Very thankful to Booking.com for this.

property is superb Nikita helps me a lot she is polite humble calm & very helpful other staffs are also good and have good hospitality sense, food is good, ambience of hotel is good

very bad crowd was present there for some gathering, very cheap ill- mannered people were there, no have sense to put mask on face, my car is badly dirt with mud and dust as I request to arrange a small wash for my car as I will b travelling next day early morning but the property have no facilities for car wash and all

Neatness and couteous staff , excellent food . Staff are well mannered and laborious, and the driveway is very well managed by security staff and screening of luggage. Outsiders can not get access to rooms

Smart TV and bathing tub could have been ideal.

Very nice Hotel. Breakfast is very good and delicious. The staff at breakfast are very courteous , Quick and on table service. Rooms are spacious and good.

Service at fitness center was pathetic. After repeated calls also didn't got the require service ( wanted AC to switch on ).

continental breakfast choice was limited..as per guest lotion should be provided and Tv was not working and had to call staff to fix it.Next day again it was not working.Should be checked before assigning the room to guests

we liked the location of the property… the staff were very helpful smiling and courteous… we were particularly happy with the way chef utpal took care of our jain meals at the restaurant … also a special mention for ms neha at the reception, she was very helpful too

Location, room and comfort is very good.

The plates and cutlery provided at the restaurant and room service both used to be sticky and not clean at all. Everytime eating was a struggle as I had to tell the staff to get the cutlery cleaned with hot water. This is the prevailing problem since last 2 years.

kind of ok, not many varieties though, staffs were good.

cleanliness could have been way better, disappointed with the toilet sheet, need to be replaced immediately, the furnishings are quite old and need proper maintenance, replacement.
