Hotel Park Elanza Chennai

The hotel has a modern and luxurious style. It has a variety of restaurants and bars in house. One of Chennai’s most famous night clubs is also located at this hotel. This can also be seen as a minor point for families that seek a quite place because Music can be heard until 1am midnight if you stay in rooms on the first floor. In my opinion this was still acceptable. Also the restaurant and the roof top restaurant are very nice. The service was always good, we were help with any request and the rooms are cleaned daily.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the WI-FI because you always get kicked out from connection as soon as you go into standby mode. So you always have to make sure the reconnect to not wast your mobile data.

This was a very comfortable hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly, all of them. The food was good, service excellent.

The internal bedroom phones used to communicate with reception and room service are bad. It was the only real problem. I could often not communicate my needs by phone and so they'd need to send someone to my room to speak in person. Given I was really just waiting at this hotel for two and a half days I found the phones a bit frustrating. Alcohol by western standards was very expensive although I dont think this is the hotel's fault. I think this is just because of Government taxes in Tamil Nadu. I tried to buy an average bottle of whiskey at a liquor store and it cost AUS$100 so I didnt buy it.

The service was amazing . The front office manager Mr. Nelson Paul was the show topper at the hotel. A humble gentleman who is always keeping an eye on the guests needs and requirements to make the stay pleasant . The staff is with all smiles always. From door man Phillip to front desk Ahamed. The food was delicious. The varieties were splendid with a truly aunthentic indian variations with international buffet. We enjoyed well and hope to be back again. Thankyou Mr.Nelson and team for the wonderful hospitality

Good location. Breakfast was tasty and there was an impressive selection every day. Staff were friendly (special mention to the boy who cleaned our room and the doorman who were particularly nice and smiley). Really comfy bed.

Could definitely do with some shaded area by the pool, like parasols and sun loungers, because it was too hot to sit for any length of time. Also the pool shuts at 5pm which is a bit annoying if you want to go for an evening swim as it's cooling down outside.

The hotel is located within a few minutes of walk from the US VAC, which we needed to visit. That way, it was an ideal location for us. The room was decent and adequately furnished. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast and an excellent lunch. The staff members and the manager had been extremely courteous and helpful.

We expected a bigger room for the price. It was a bit congested for two, but manageable for a night. Also, there was no ventilation in the lobby (3rd floor), the air smelled stale despite generous use of freshener.

The food and ambiance was really good. Hotel Facilities are good.

Housekeeping is very slow, it took the staff the whole day just to bring coffee sachets which were requested in the morning. Even after pressing the make my room button the staff came after 2 hours and left without giving a toilet roll and hand towels. The reception staff or bell boys didn't help even with the luggage. They only help selected people. Which is biased. Check in is delayed and chaotic regardless of them knowing the arrival time. Staff just ignores you at the time of check in, and don't focus just on one guest at a time.

Everything was great - the staff, the location, the food, the cleanliness! We stayed here during our visa stamping, the visa application center is within 5 min walking distance which was stellar.

The rooms were quite small. It's fine for one person, but with two it starts getting very cramped.

Karthin at reception was very courteous, efficient and kind enough to extend my stay beyond check out time at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was buffet and had z vzriety of foods.

Reception on arrival was not upto standard. Had to request. Lighting in the corridor was poor Rooms are not sound proof and other customers were clising doors loudly.

Lived up to our expectations for 3-star hotel.

Hotel entrance was very inconvenient. Though helpful, the staff was not trained sufficiently to be warm to guests. All day restaurant had limited choices during certain times.

I like the staff whoare in the reception mainly mr.mosses and mr.babu and the lady staff they were so friendly and treated as good .we enjoyed a lot and the food was remarkable and there are variety of dish in the breakfast

While staying I just had a worst experience with the banquet functions lots of noises and the guest were holding the lift for moving up and down .rest overall was good
