The St Regis Goa Resort

We recently spent a week at this marvellous 5 star hotel. From start to finish all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and one to remember. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and what makes this hotel unique is the fact that all the staff are genuinely friendly and want to make your holiday really special. Yes the hotel was under refurbishment but this did not affect our stay or make it any less enjoyable. We would like to especially thank the following staff; Debolina, Resu, Amit, Malkeet, Antonia and Obuli. There are so many others that also were amazing for whom we would like to thank. We have had one of the best holidays and are so grateful.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We were happy with our stay. There are some parts which they are renovating but didn’t affect us.

To honest, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. Th place was gorgeous wherever you turned, it was peaceful, serene, relaxing basically what the doctor ordered. They also had a day full of activities should you want to do something. The bathroom utilities was more high spec than the typical one you would get which was nice. The staff were incredible friendly and always asking how you are. To some, it may be too much because you have about 5/6 people asking you if you’re okay but you can tell they want their guest to have a good experience. I spent the majority of my time in the pool area and Nityanand really took care of me. Imagine working at a place for 27 years, so you can tell he enjoyed his job and he was so sweet. I believe his name was Tatum, who also made sure I tried my first Dosa before I left for breakfast. He kindly brought me options and came back to check what I liked. There was such a variety for breakfast as well, so you would be spoilt for choice! I also treatment myself to a spa treatment (scrub and massage) and I left feeling like all my sins and worries had be scrubbed and rubbed away. My skin felt like a babies bottom and just glowed! Generally all staff were lovely. You couldn’t walk past anyone without them saying hi. I will definitely be coming back!

I would say the bed was a bit flat / hard for my liking but I still had a good sleep.

All the staff of St. Regis Goa are exceptionally hospitable and took utmost care in making our stay most memorable. This was the second time at the property, we last visited when it was called The Leela. What has made St Regis shine is ALL its staff. Each and everyone makes you feel so special. From the staff at the lobby to the culinary staff.. from the managers to the ones driving the buggies to take us around the hotel each and every one made it a point to personally approach us and greet us! Never experienced this kind of personalized service and warmth anywhere. Can’t wait to return again.

the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The food was good, breakfast buffet was super, in room dining options were also very many and we used it most of the days. The pool and beach were also very lovely and we enjoyed the not so crowded areas in the resort. kids club was fine, they have cycles to go around the resort. the staff was always very pleasant and welcoming. over all it was a great stay.

We took a suite and one of the rooms had a sofa cum bed which we used all the time as a bed. This was not so comfortable. It would have been great to get some thing more stable. Other than this, no complaints.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s laid out like a miniature village with lots of trees and water features. If you don’t fancy walking around can get a driver to take you around on a golf buggy. The beach setup is gorgeous. There’s a Tiki bar with fantastic views over the golden sands and the sunsets are amazing. The sun loungers are set in amongst the palms and you can order service from your lounger. The staff bend over backwards to help you, we were treated like a king and queen! They were friendly, chatty, very attentive and genuinely happy to make our stay exceptional. We were spoiled and wish we could have done more to show our gratitude, they were all really lovely people. Thank you.

The main recreation area (lobby) is beautifully decorated but because there is no air conditioning it is far too hot to enjoyably spend any time there relaxing. We resorted to having to go either into the restaurant to get some respite from the heat, or back to our room.

Starting with the welcoming until the departure is nothing to complaint about this resort. Is the perfect destination when you want to enjoy nature, sun and smiles. The rooms were great , clean and with everything we need it, very clean each corner of the resort, the food is to die for ..:: the staff is amazing and i can say this hotel is now on our top destinations that will remain close to our memories. The butler asigned and the manager are doing their job extremely good and they are 100a% involved in clients to be happy

The staff are what makes these place amazing. Special mention to Amit and Sam at the Riverside Restaurant who honestly went above and beyond during our stay there. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Enough activities to make the days pass very quickly. The food is also very good.

Not really a criticism but next time we won't book the room with the plunge pool. The private pool is real good size but shaded and as it wasn't temperature controlled, my children preferred the main pool.

This is a stunning hotel the grounds are lovely the beach is amazing and the staff are altar best we have had the pleasure of meeting. We loved staying here and would recommend to others

Because it is so nice it is popular for weddings, if I were to stay again I would check what was already booked first as this did impact our holiday however the staff did everything they could to make our time special which it was

the staff was very very kind. My Butler Maanvick was very kind and attentive. Mr. Negi the restaurant manager and his team were excellent. Very attentive to service, the lady (who’s name I unfortunately forgot) was so very kind with me and made sure I do find non spicy meals. highly recommend the resort. The spa treatments I had were very very good as well! can only recommend
