Neemrana's Hill Fort Kesroli

Very good service and very good and well maintained property. Staff very extremely polite, prompt and very accommodating. Food was also good and tasty. The buffet was good and so was the quantity of dishes ordered ala carte. The rooms were also clean and decently spacious. Israil Khan at reception, the manager Mr. Narayan Baral, Mr. Chattar Singh and even the Chef very all very polite and provided excellent service. Our request for some local dishes in buffet menu were also accomodated. All in all a good stay with very good facilities and services. Definitely recommend for 2/3 nights.

If have to be critical..the only thing I feel can be improved is the mattress on the bed which was springy and not comfortable for my back. Otherwise everything top class.

The location is very peaceful surrounded by lush green fields in one side and a lookout of village on the other.The facilities given are also good as u have a recreational common room with games television and sitting and a gym and tt table also present (at a different location) Swimming pool looks good though as it was winters we could not go there(my suggestion make it a heated pool and it can be a usp for winters)The staff was courteous enough to look after our needs specially narain singh ji.The room has all basic amenities geyser air conditioning heater for winters good linen and a mini bar and a bathroom with all necessary toiletries and hair dryer to be precise. The food was also good would not say it was superbly delicious but the have everything on d plate and many things actually taste good.The breakfast section also mostly covers everything which is good for stay here.

The only downside is the terrain here in the fort as lot of walking has to be done specially for elderly with knee issues it's a Lil difficult to navigate here. Its definitely a weekend stay worthy and ticks mostly all boxes but not more than 2 nights here as deres nothing else to do other than the fort mostly..

Hill fort is exactly what you can hope for a perfect getaway. Great food, polite and friendly staff. Sunsets are mesmerising. Sipping on coffee and looking at the green agri fields with mountains on the horizon was well worth it. Narayan singh the estate manager was very nice and warm to talk to. A shout to Mr Amar Upadhyay at the recpetion, he helped us in postponing our trip by a week as we had an emergency. There were absolutely no hassles and it took just one phone call and an email to rearrange our dates. Will definetly visit again.

The place was rustic and ancient as expected, yet was fitted with all modern conveniences…perfect for a relaxing getaway for the weekend in the cool season….within 2 hr driving distance on the new super quality highway….food buffet in all meals had all the varieties of both indian, local rajasthani and western cuisine, tasty and on local spice level….staff were attentive, cordial, room service was super prompt, rooms were exactly like the picture on website, washrooms were very clean….overall super experience for short getaway

No TVs in the room….wifi after sometime because of limited banwidth as we used our quota up within an streaming movies…. airtel networked so we used our own hotspot….very little to do in the neighbourhood after you have explored the property…..wish there was some writeups besides the pictures or even a room detailing the history of the fort and families living there over centuries

beautiful location just outside Alwa with amazing views. we were greeted by the staff upon arrival and everything went nice and smooth. we received two cakes to celebrate our honeymoon which was so thoughtful and we really appreciated this. remember this is an old castle converted into a hotel so the rooms reflect this in their layout but we had no issue with this. food was great and delicious something for everyone. staff were amazing and helpful and would recommend coming back

not much the rooms could use an update especially the bathrooms and upgrade the aircon so it’s a heater/ac unit. pillows were abit thin but we made so.

The fort was beautiful, and the green surroundings were so beautiful. The history of the Fort, all is ventidge and nicely decorated.

The room is so spacious and beautifully decorated as it was a long time ago. The staff ar2 amazing, friendly, and welcoming, especially Mr. Israel, who was like a real friend and brother, helped us to have the room we wanted and took very good care of us. Their SPA is amazing. So professionally and caring to our need. We really enjoyed fully our stay

Absolutely loved the stay! The fact that it's a 14 century fort that they have decorated and renovated so aesthetically! Little slice of history! The staff was friendly too.

Nothing nearby. So once inside, you're kind of stuck, especially if you're not in your own personal vehicle. The non veg items on the menu could definitely be better! But overall, neemrana standards were met and the food was nice!

Neemrana properties never disappointed me nor their staff... They always help out of band to their customer. We booked a room, they provided us in L3, but due to my wife was not able to climbe stairs, I requested them for a better room. They upgrade us without charging.... Their staff always polite and ready to help anytime... This is my 1st time to this property and it also give me opportunity to thank you them..

Compare to price, food are actually not good...

I travelled with my husband, and our 5 month old baby for two nights in April. It was a wonderful experience. I anyways am a huge fan of this property, and this was my 5th visit to the property overall. This time the experience was even better, courtesy the fantastic services provided to us by the staff at the hotel. Starting with Mr Vipul Rawal, who was heading the property. He was very very helpful, and always wanting to support us more. He kept on checking on us regularly, and ensured that nothing is lacking. Also, he is a very pleasant man and had great stories to share. He even entertained our child when he was crying. After Hill fort, me and my husband were so impressed that we went to another Neemrana property named Tijara. Mr Vipul was the one who helped us with the bookings. Mr Ganesh with the reservations was very kind, and ensured that a room was allocated to us even before the check in (to ensure that the baby is not made to wait outside). Mr Narayan and Mr RAjkumar served us very well. Given the heat, they were happy to provide snacks in the room. For the breakfast and dinner, the team set the table outside with coolers. It was a heavenly experience overall. We even went for a short village tour where we met the locals and got pictures clicked. Overall, a fantastic experience. The property is very rustic, and charming. The views are breathtaking. However, the experience was made great by the services given by Vipul ji, Narayan, Ganesh, Rajkumar and all the staff members of Hill Fort. Cannot wait before I go back again. Loved it.

Good beautiful small property, with a beautiful pool area and rooftop terrace for small gatherings. All staff members were polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was sufficient and delicious.

The room interior could be better and must be renovated, as the bed mirrors, almirah, and curtains seem to be very old now and dirty too. The balcony we had was not cleaned and there was no lighting in the balcony so no use of it after evening.
