Rooms were clean, however, out 4 rooms which we had booked, couple didn't have the fridge, where only one had microwave oven. Though all the rooms were chosen of same specification

Have seen many hotels for business traveling, although the rooms are not the biggest, absolutely in my top 3 for cleanliness. Amazing buffet breakfast and dinner, accommodating local and international cuisine. Very friendly staff, helping out with houskeeping and all travel arrangements with their great private drivers. When work was one day postponed and last minute, I had the opportunity for sightseeing amazing Ahmedabad, the hotel arranged me a map and a private driver named Prahlad. He turned out to be a perfect English tour guide, who made sure I did not miss any hidden spots in the most beautiful temples. He really made my day!

Staff from security, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Room facilities were well maintained thanks to Tushar and Chirag. Buffet breakfast, room service were exceptional - slight dietary changes were requested at time of placing orders, these were reconfirmed by the Chef to ensure that this was not due to food allergies. Chef Suneel Kumar and his team maintained a high level of service in the restaurant with preparing and presenting a banquet buffet breakfast and dinner, amazing aray of dishes suitable for all pallets. Gym facility on sight, slightly disappointed Spa facilities were not available within the premises. Thank you to management and especially all supporting staff at all levels for providing a comfortable stay in a well maintained, clean environment. A special thank you to Faridbhai for taking good care of us on our transfer to the airport. He went above and beyond in ensuring my Mum was safely transferred by wheelchair to the depature gate. I would recommend Four points by Sheraton Ahmedabad, (situated 30 minutes from the airport, hotel transfers available), to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay, with attentive staff who have a passion for ensuring you have a good day.

Breakfast was excellent with a variety of buffett menu to choose from every day. The head chef Pramodji offered non-menu entrees for dinner such as Thai cusine which was uniquely cooked by his gourment chef. The kitchen serving crew provided quick and quality service with personal touch. The front desk staff, especially Atulbhai, Paragbhai, and Akshaybhai were quite welcoming and always greeted me with a smile. Atulbhai would come and chat with me and would ask how is my stay and offfered help all the time. They accomodated me for an early check-in without additional charge and Atulbhai added complimentary breakfast for my entire stay. House keeping service did thorough cleaning of my room everyday and replenished all supplies as needed. In fact, the entire staff (from doorman to GM) was very courteous, eager to help, and went beyond their normal service level. I had plesant and memorable experience at this hotel! AMAZING STAFF AND SERVICE AT SHERATON AHMEDABAD!

Just great. Variety of food - gujarati, European, south lndia, lndian masala tea, number of diff't fruit juices, cchass was brilliant next to what my wife does at home. I'm sure u'll go for one more after having filled ur tummy. Yes, again Four Point spoils u for the b/fast. I'm talking of only veg items only. Other, l hate that so no comments.

They should provide small compressor fridge in the room, nodoubt I requested them at the time of booking my room and the thermoelectric fridge was kept ready for my insulin injections which keep cool but as soon as you remove the keys all the lights and fridge went off. I had cooling gel pad so I was saved. There should be some sort of system to keep the fridge on, so if medicine are kept in the fridge they are kept safely. Excellent Hotel, Great staff, Excellent Breakfast particularly the Chef was too good, his personal attention to every Guest is the best thing I liked of this Hotel. All 3 days I saw the Chef with a big smile going Table to Table checking with every guest how was the breakfast, any suggestions, any choice, do they need anything, too good an hospitality. I have been to many Hotels but haven't seen The Chef taking so much interest meeting the guests and serving them too. I think this is the USP of this Hotel in Ahmedabad. One evening I had called some local guest for Dinner and the Vegetable suggested by the Chef tasted amazing/awesome. Even the guest liked the food so much and they said they will definitely revisit for food. Besides I loved the room layout particularly the wardrobe being within closed door which had a bathing cabin, toilet cabin and getting ready area giving a feel of a separate room itself. This kind of layout is not seen anywhere as it gives a lot of personal touch. Even the other Staff Bharat and all others at the morning breakfast time were all very good serving every guest. I very strongly recommend this Hotel for all those who is visiting Ahmedabad and need to stay at an Hotel must stay at Four Point by Sheraton, Ahmedabad.

Visibility of the Hotel is poor from main road. It takes a bit to locate the hotel once you reach the spot

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was well laid out. All the amenities were stocked efficiently and we asked for extra towels/water bottles/tea and coffee sachets which were all provided instantly. The food , especially the breakfast buffet, was top notch and well worth the value of the night stay. Would highly recommend this place for business travel as well as family. There's no swimming pool though so keep that in mind if you're particular.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruits section, could add more fresh fruits and cook the food or fry in better oils, like olive oil or rice bran oil for health conscious guest. Pure butter and Pure Desi Ghee is a Excellent option that the hotel provides. The sound system in the dining hall is horrendous please address that asap.

Staff were all brilliant, from the guys who provide security outside the hotel and unload your suitcases to Ashit, who was wonderful and cheerful, ever thoughtful and helpful, to Payal and Diraj with his advice on the great selection of food available.

The shower hose did not fit the holder. It's not really an issue. Towel was missing, but one call sorted it out.
