Super clean, nice size room with comfortable beds and I’m super picky! Bathroom was nice size with everything you need. Nice bar area inside the hotel with limited choices open until 11 but great for a quick beer or glass of wine to finish off the day. Drink area with coffee, tea, water and juices open all day was a nice touch. Walking distance to variety of restaurants and bars, the hop on hop off is an 8 minute walk, river cruises (evening must do) is a 15 minute walk and Main Christmas Market is 15 minute walk. Metro stop near Byte coffee shop 8 minute walk connects to main train station. Taxi from airport to hotel was 10,000 HUF (30 euros) and was easier to navigate than bus,trams,etc. Very friendly staff who provided terrific recommendations for everything we asked about. Quiet location on a side street felt safe walking at night. Did not try or see breakfast offerings was offered for 15 euros.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel overall. Comfortable room and bed, lovely big bathroom. Friendly and efficient check in and we appreciated the 24 hour hot drinks station.

The hot food breakfast items were served cold. Food items were placed in cold containers with no signage explaining that the hot cupboard was faulty. Staff should have found a better way to serve the hot breakfast items. We paid €15 each for cereals and pastries as the hot food items were inedible when served cold as if straight from the fridge with no attempt at heating them up.

The hotel is in a really good location, right behind the Parliament, and very well connected with public transport. The room was clean, with no carpet, which for me is a huge plus. Overall I enjoyed my stay, nothing major to complain about, I would come back and recommend this hotel to friends because is a good value for money. Breakfast was really good, a good amount of choice for my personal taste. I really appreciate that they read my feedback left at the check-out and they sent me a thank you email. It feels good to know that your review has value and that they want to improve.

As said there is space for improvement, like more attention to details like wallpaper in the hallway, check some broken tiles in the bathroom.

simple things like the free coffee in the morning, the staff were always friendly and happy to help with any questions. My room was always cleaned to the highest standard during my stay. The location was perfect, close enough to the night life that you can walk it and far enough away that you won't be bothered by it.

Hello Sir: As you can understand from the grades we gave, we really enjoyed staying at the Parliament Hotel. The location is very convenient, the attitude of the hotel staff is very good and services.

Regarding possible improvements: I already mentioned in the reception that the internet in the room on the 2nd floor was not strong enough and most of the time either did not connect or was also disconnected. Only on the lobby floor did we manage to overcome the reception problems in the room. Also in the shower, the metal soap is placed in a way that disturbs the person bathing. Even so, the width of the shower is not large and the location is poor, the small shelf for soap further reduces what is reported, and it is also built with sharp metal corners that stabbed and filmed us when we showered. You should find other better solution.

Great comfortable beds and pillows plus plenty of room for storing our luggage/bags. Their breakfast is outstanding and offers many choices: yogurts, fruits/nuts/muesli/cereal, coffee machines for espresso drinks, juicer for fresh orange juice plus other juices available along with still and sparkling water. Also, assorted fried and scrambled eggs, beans, bacon and assortment of cheeses and meats, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon and other fruit along with breads, croissants and sweet cakes. There is also a lounge to relax with a complimentary espresso machine. The staff was extremely helpful with public transportation options and also printing vouchers for us when needed for events, attractions, etc. They also held our luggage for us as well.

I came back to this Hotel and I can confirm that my stay was excellent in all respects. Internet was perfect and I was able to participate to an important online meeting in a room space that is placed near the coffe machine. There is a 24 hour service to drink Coffee/capuccino and drink orange juice that I enjoyed very much. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Although I did not experienced there is nice wellness area with sauna that I want to enjoy next time. The area is very fine, central but not too busy at all. The hotel is not far away by an M3 metro station (at the moment it is closed but I read that in March 2023 they will re-open), in any case even with public transportation you can esaily reach the center (you can even walk), the Airport by 100E bus (starting from Deak Ferenc ter) and even the Groupama stadium (Nepliget metro station M3) - the Ferencvaros stadium... At the desk everybody was gentle, and very attentive. All my requests were satisfied. They offered a very tasty red wine as a welcome and I must say that I felt home. It is for sure my preferred hotel in Budapest.

The location is super convenient for tourists as it's right in the middle of things and a lot of things are simply a walking distance away. The buffet-style breakfast is also delicious and offers quite a few options. One of the better things about this hotel is having free coffee, orange juice, and (sparkling) water in the hotel's lobby. Paired with a cozy lounge and a conference room, you can really relax or do your work without thinking about where to get something to drink. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

I disliked two things. Firstly, upon checking in, the staff didn't introduce the spa facilities, which is a shame considering they have them and they look pretty good. Secondly, I'd appreciate a bit more privacy when it comes to my room's bathroom design: it hosts a semi-transparent saloon-type glass door with no lock, which leaves a lot to be desired.

Beautifully decorated hotel,had a luxurious and comfy feel. The staff were very kind and always there to help. Very clean and spacious rooms, they had all the amenities one could need during the stay, comfortable bed, good pillows, breakfast was abundant and varied. Convenient location that was close to many attractions and in a quiet street.Loved the coffee space( delicious coffee) and the sauna! Highly recommended option when staying in Budapest😊

This is a smart independent hotel located in the parliament district. It's a quiet, safe area, maybe 10/15 minute walk from the centre of town, less than 10 minutes from the Nyugati Railway station. Breakfast area is a nice, and breakfast in line with expectations- Fresh orange juice machine was nice. House keeping were very thorough- everything was perfectly clean. I found the beds comfortable. It's also a good size, so it doesn't feel overwhelming, breakfast doesn't get crowded, you don't have to wait for lifts etc.

I found the shower in my room a little tricky to use, and the fitting was a bit loose on the wall - they might want to look at that. Also there were a few mini-bar charges on my room at check-out which I definitely didn't take. They sorted it out - but one to keep an eye on if anyone else has such experience.
