It's easily found within the Jewish quarter and within 5 min walk to the main Andrassy alley where most eateries and restaurants are. About 10 min walk from the metro station. The place looks like it has been renewed recently, it also has an elevator. The room was spacious enough with its own bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The lock was included in the price, the towel is there for a small fee. It was clean and spotless. It wasn't exactly soundproof, however the policy of keeping quiet at night has obviously been taken seriously and I had a good night sleep. The girl at the reception desk was very kind to print me the train ticket when leaving. The staff is young, very polite and they speak decent English. Good bargain for the price. I highly recomend this place.

Maybe the only downside is that you can't ask for a reservation of a lower bed in the bunk bed rooms. It would be convenient for people with partial physical mobility issues. It was a bit of a challenge to climb that narrow bunk bed ladder after a knee surgery. Other than that, no complaints at all.

The hostel has great facilities, everything is brand new and organized. It was great to be able to leave my bags before check-in time, it allowed me to see several places in the city. Despite my poor English, the boys at the reception made an effort to understand me! I was so grateful. The location is very good, despite not being located in the center, it is possible to know it with a good walk.

As it is a relatively large hostel, there are many guests and there is not always respect for quiet hours. Unfortunately, I didn't have a very quiet night, as people were constantly arriving and leaving.

The location is perfect, and the staff is very nice. We stayed on the 4th floor, in a private room with a double bed and a private bathroom. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the room is well ventilated.

It would be nice to have a small carpet/towel on the bathroom floor, as the shower doors do not close perfectly and the floor gets a bit wet and slippery. But I always carry with me a tiny towel and that was enough to solve the problem. The shower is nicely warm/hot, but it's a bit hard to regulate between the cold and hot water. About the noise, it's not the hostel's fault, it's a matter of people being educated enough to don't talk and laugh so loudly in the corridor when it's early morning.

At check-in we paid 50€ security deposit which was unexpected.

The staff were super helpful and kind! There is a luggage storage area they let us use when we arrived early and gave us good suggestions for food. The room was cozy -- it even had a fridge, hair dryer and a water boiler. Location was excellent, it was close to the party area with many restaurants, cafes and clubs within walking distance and despite that, none of the noise reached our room. Definitely worth the stay.

The bathroom didn't have soap but we luckily brought our own so we didn't need to ask for any.

The location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything. And on the streets around the hostel you can easily find a parking place if you go by car. The room was clean and really warm. The bathroom was clean, but if they would renovate a bit it would be even better. The staff is really nice and helpful. We just needed a place to sleep and be close to everything, so for that it was really good value for money.

only the fact that the bathroom was a bit old and could use a bit of renovation - for example a shower with glass instead of bathtub with shower and shower curtain. but for what we needed, it was ok.

The people at the information desk were so nice. There was not so much noise. It is well located, close to all the bars or big discos you can visit because it's in the downtown. You have your own locker to put your belongings

If you arrive early, there is no way to "save" your bed or choose it, because someone else could enter and choose or move the staff you left in the bed to reserve it, so be aware that, it is a little bit uncomfortable.

The location was great, close to a lot of places we wanted to go. The room was clean (and someone did some light cleaning everyday). We had a lot of storage room which is cool that you dont have to stay with all your stuff on the floor. We were concerned about the deposit at first, but everything went well (might take a few days for the refund). The temperature was just right, not too cold or too warm. There is indeed no soap at the bathroom, but it wasn't a problem for us. The stuff was nice and funny.

The location is pretty quiet (no intense trafic), but the room is not sound proof, so you could hear if someone was walking, talking loudly (on the hallway or outside), or the garbage car passing by collecting glass bottles(we didn't sleep with the window opened and we were at the 4th floor - so not that close to the street). For some people with light sleep, this might be problematic.

The cleaning was good and the matresses were new. The room was big. The bar was nice and the bartender was really friendly. There was a luggage room and we could store the bags before and after the stay. The curtains were really thick and really blocked the light. They let us do a late check-in after midnight.

The door didnt close in the bathroom. There were no shelves to put our stuff in the bathroom. The stairs for the top bed were difficult to climb.

Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioned rooms.

Elevator was not working and that was a bummer being tired and having the bags. Also, the inflexibility with the check-in time can be worked on. Sometimes, you’ve had a really rough few hours or couple of days and you just want to shower and relax. Even if an additional €5 is charged or something… it would be better than a hard no. That allows the guest options, and they can decide based on their circumstances.
