The staff were more than great! Had some personal conversations with some of them, everyone were so nice and always greeting us with a smile and even remembering us. The hotel is very close to a mall, restaurants, supermarkets, metro and the river. As we arrived we noticed a little problem in the shower head and we took a video of showing the problem and as soon as the staff saw it, she went to our room and fixed it. We had to extend our stay in the hotel for extra 6 nights (because of flight cancellation) and the staff (especially Janet, that had been the first staff we met there) did whatever they can in order for us to keep our room and pay a fair price, which we appreciate.

There could be an improvement about the cleaning, it seems like there have been some places which nobody had cleaned in a while, but after all, we didn't let that bother us (don't worry, the shower and the bathroom were clean). We felt like a teapot would be a nice extension for the room (maybe other rooms had it and we don't know) or even one in the lobby.

The hotel location is perfect. The 24 hr reception perfect. We used the safe . There was no extra charge and could get to our items at any time. They offered to send a taxi as our flight was delayed 3 hrs and we landed much later. So communication was super too. Absolutely great

The double beds are two single mattresses that tend to slide around. And they were incredibly soft. So not my personal preference however the Aircon was appreciated and we slept soundly after long days of sight seeing.

The room was spacious and neat, big bed with a comfortable mattress (for us) and the bathroom was very clean, the price being very affordable for the center of Budapest. The staff was very helpful because they hosted both our suitcases in the warehouse and our personal belongings (laptop, tablet, etc.) in a safe until we could do the check-in, thus having the opportunity to explore Budapest without any worries. In addition, accommodation is very close to public transportation (metro, bus, tram, train).

our shower had no curtain or door, so we managed to keep water inside shower cabin; not sure if elevator available; cars might be noisy if room nearby main road

Staff were incredible from the moment we entered the hotel. The room was big with enough room for 2 of us and all of our luggage. Very comfortable beds and easy to get to all the key sights in Budapest. Really close to Margaret Island which was a big plus

Bathroom was quite small and shower was just a curtain which made it really wet.

The location is perfect since it is close to all amenities and in the centre. Hotel staff were very helpful.

When we informed the staff that our hotel room refrigerator was not cooling at all, no one came to have a look at it and spent a whole week without it.

Very good location, close to M3 metro station, plenty of eating places in the neighbourhood, stores and everything one may need for a short/long stay. Big room with very comfortable beds. Good value for the money. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful.

Everything was beyond expectations.

Location is excellent, the staff couldn't be nicer and very helpful.

Beds are very hard for my liking, but with help from the cleaning staff that was fixed. It would be nice to have the option of coffee making facilities in the room, but it's not the end of the world

The room was clean, modern and had all the facilities that we needed. The hotel is located within a half hour walk of most of the sites that we had wanted to see and close to a metro station.

We had asked for a double bed but the hotel were unable to provide this, although it was communicated to us beforehand that this may be the case.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. A great hotel with a good location. Although it was on a main road the room was quiet too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

It looked a bit run down from the outside but the rooms weren’t like this at all.
