Adina Apartment Hotel Budapest

We had a two bedroom apartment which was huge (room 25), two bedrooms, two bathrooms (which wasn’t clear from the property description so a great bonus) and a balcony overlooking the rear courtyard. Really well kitted out with a washing machine and airer and so quiet. Ideal for travelling with two teenagers - slightly out of the main centre but very easy to use public transport with a travel card and app like Citymapper. Staff extremely helpful - all benefits of a hotel but able to self cater for breakfast etc and have some shared family space, Aldi and other supermarkets two minutes away. Would stay here again if returning to this wonderful city.

Everything was perfect. Made my reservation 1 hour earlier (because I could not enter the gate at my previously booked apartment). But I have no regrets at all because it turned out fabulous. There is a swimming pool as well but I was not prepared for it, so next time if I have to travel to Budapest I definitely will book the same hotel. Congratulations.

The room maid who did not speak Hungarian tried to enter the room despite my answer "no, I don´t need anything" and she was trying to put her keys into my door. Sorry if I scared her but I was super annoyed by this little incident.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was HUGE! Separate kitchen with full size fridge/freezer and oven. Aircon in lounge and in bedroom which was great. Dishwasher, coffee machine that took pods, washing machine and clothes rack. Small balcony. Housekeeping kept the room spotless for the 9 days we were there, changing towels, making the bed, replenishing toilet paper and doing any loose dishes lying around. Didn't replenish the dishwasher tablets though so we had to buy a box of powder. Pool was nice, but a bit chilly (it said it was 26C). Small deck to sunbathe on out from the pool. Sauna and good sized gym as well. Friendly staff and helpful reception area.

TV channels were limited to only abut 3 that spoke english - BBC, CNN and occasionally comedy channel. Car parking was expensive at 18Euros a day, but the car was safe and secure in an underground garage.

Everything was perfect. The room exceeded our expectations. Room was bigger than I expected , it was very clean and also there was a washing machine. Sofa and kitchen in the wardrobe also were very comfortable and nice, but fridge was very small and the single beds were narrow . In this Hotel you also can visit spa center and relax there in the evenings. Staff also were very helpful and friendly. I’m looking forward to visit this hotel again.

Narrow beds and small fridge

We loved the spaciousness of the room and the quiet neighborhood area. The room was excellent; extra clean, with an extra large & comfortable bed and view of the garden. The employees at the reception were very kind and professional, providing us with all the necessary information and always here if you have any questions. They even greeted our little one with a cute little teddy bear :) The reception is open 24/7, and so is the hotel bar. The wellness area has a large enough pool, one jacuzzi, and one sauna. I think there was another one which was not open at the moment we were there. It is a clean and very decent one. There is an Aldi supermarket in the closest neighborhood and also one Lidl a bit further. There are some small coffee bars around, ad the closest metro station is about 500 m away. All in all, the location was excellent for us.

There was no such thing we didn't like, really. Few things that have a potential to be better: - Maybe the garden can fit a few more toys or a little playground for young kids - People who stay there longer might find it useful to have a few more kitchen utensils

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Reception desk was very helpful. The front-desk at recreation (pool/gym) area was also very warm and explained everything nicely. Would love to stay again to use the recreation in leisure.

Breakfast did not have a wide variety but was fine always with same choice of eggs, breads, coffee, cheese , cold cuts, coffee machine. Atleast the type of breads could change. Something like baked potatoes / beans could be added few days to beat the monotonous breakfast for people staying several nights.

I stayed in room number 31 that was located on third floor. The room was spacious with all necessities like table chairs, TV, fridge and cupboards. It had almost all things you can find in an apartment like microwave oven, coffee maker, hot water kettle, cups , plates, bread warmer, oven and small fridge. It also had safety box, iron, ironing stand and hangers in the wardrobe. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood in a area which is not far from the city. The Lehel ter metro station is at 5 minutes walk. You can take metro to all places in Budapest from here. The Westend shopping mall is at a 10 minutes walking distance. The shopping store ALDI is located just at the corner of the street. In the evening you can walk to the river Danube and walk all the way to Hungarian Parliament Building or you can go across the Margaret bridge to Margret Island musical Fountain. The laundry services are also available. There is a very big underground carpark at the hotel. There is also gym, swimming pool along with jacuzzi.

The free WiFi was good but sometimes it was getting slow. It would be really good if hotel management can improve the strength of WiFi on various floors.

Amazing facilities in the hotel and the rooms are fantastic! Beds comfortable, kitchen fitted out with everything you need, bathrooms and lovely lounge area. The staff could not do enough for us and the pizza delivery was superb and much appreciated. We would all definitely stay again.

Just slightly further out of town than would be ideal but we had a hire car and the underground car park was ideal (albeit a bit hair raising to go down the almost vertical slope in the newly acquired hire car!

The studio apartment was a good size for a longer stay in Budapest. The room was clean and the kitchenette functional. Hotel has a great pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. The location is great for easy access to central Pest - 3 stops on Metro a 5 minute walk away or 5 minutes from river side walk. Secure parking

Could offer a deal on parking for a longer stay

All in all a good hotel with nice benefits (swimming pool, sauna, terrace and garden). Very friendly staff at the desk, breakfast or pool. Great accessibility to the downtown or Szechényi spa by public transport.

Please change the wifi password, the antivirus on my phone got crazy when I logged in. I didn't get the door hangers, when there was no difference in the level of cleaning with or without them, I'd just appreciate changing the towels at least once during our 4-nights stay. Breakfasts were ok and tasty with quick replenishment, but more than one sort of juice or cutted watermelon would make it even better. And two warm meals don't have to be the same every day.
