Decent hotel with a great crew of workers! Thanks for all the help provided especially when requested on a holiday like New Year! Our room had electricity problems that were fixed right there. At rest, it was overpriced for New Year (but so is everything else for this holiday) and I expect it to be cheaper for normal stays. It is located right in front of a tram station and 10 min walk from the metro, so you can go anywhere without a taxi. Accessible and pleasant.

They could improve the breakfast selection. You can get a 15euro breakfast with a wider variety of products.

We have stayed in hotel during first weekend of athletics world championship in August 2023. Two adults with five-year old child. Hotel is located near bussy transit street so it is quite easy to reach it or to go throughout the city from it. I am not sure if it is recently renovated or brand new, but room, lobby and reception looked quite new. Room was clean, main double bed comfortable enough and additional one was ok. Guy on reception was polite and friendly and gave us useful information about public transportation and similar issues. Official check-in time as 15pm, but our room was available a few hours earlier - that was big plus as it was raining in that time. Room keeping lady was also nice and responded immediately on our request to fill up shampoo. Free parking, at least during weekend, was available very close to hotel. I can not say much about other things as we were spending days and evenings outside and used hotel only for sleeping.

There is no issue to complain about. But demanding travellers should know that trafic noise can be heard inside rooms, at least on side looking to street. Hotel has contemporary windows, but bussy street is just a few meters away. For majority of people it should not be problem.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and professionalism of the staff. The shower was good and the room had free tea and coffee packets. Heating was ample and tram is right outside. Close to Lidl grocery store.

The bed was a little on the firm side and the cost was quite high for their location. The hot water side of the shower tap gets extremely hot and if accidentally touched it is painful.

Ethernet connection is availible at room, circa 150Mbps ( wifi connection was much slower and unstable ) A small free parking lot near the hotel.

The parking garage has two restrictions - 2.1 m vehicle height + max 2 tons - you will not find this information anywhere until you arrive.

Hygiene! It smelled desinfectedly clean, but the bathroom radiator was not clean, not one bar, and the clean towels were hanging on it. The shower door almost fell down, but we fixed it ourselves, so it was ok at the end. I do not know why the cleaning lady did not report a hanging shower door to the menager, since I am sure she saw it, she was leaving the room, when we entered, and saw it right away. The window in the room wasn't clean. Bed sheets seemed clean, but had pail yellow stains.

Breakfast was delicious. The receptionist was helpful. The room was clean. The price is correct for the place and quality of the hotel.

The hotel has its own parking outside which is free of charge, but there were no any free spaces so I had to use the underground garage which is not free. I do not complain about it or the price, but it is kind of discrimination.

Very well situated to the venue we were visiting. Lovely room very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great had an excellent variety of different food choices. All the staff were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble.

The staff was very kind and attent (also the lady arranging extra pancakes for us during the breakfast). The location is also perfect.

I guess our room was located near to the central ventillation system: we could hear it working a several times during the night. But otherwise everything was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I checked in late at night, after a long day of travel, so being greeted in such a friendly manner was very appreciated.

Amenities like a dental kit or slippers are available upon request. For the price of the stay, I would have expected this to be provided without having to request it.

Location, parking, polite staff, own restaurant, warm room, easy to exit the city.

Noise from the stret was noticable, even in late hours.
