modern hotel and rooms. comfy beds. very kind staff at the reception. we were offered an upgrade with full harbour view (you will prefer that because there is no proper skyline-view due to other buildings in front). thank you! rooftop pool was very cool, too bad they shut the pool bar permanently. hotel is situated at the side of a huge mall. you will find some metro-lines there. taxis in front of the hotel always available.

nothing really in walking-distance (besides the mall). i was missing a nice bar with a view maybe. besides that nothing :)

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Hong Kong. This was on the top of the list of best stays and experiences ever. Staff was highly hospitable, seasoned and there for every need of mine, especially Alex and Rene, They are the best team with full of experiences. They know how to treat customers very well. I don't even have to ask much but it seem like they can really read my mind. Alex gave a lot of possible efforts to meet every need of my group during the stay at W HongKong Hotel. I had a PHENOMENAL AND UNEXPECTED EXPERIENCE from the very first date until we left the hotel. Even though, Hong Kong has experienced Typhoon! at that time, They offer us a complimentary breakfast as we cannot find meal outside and make sure after we were checking out if are there any false charges. The Rooms are perfect with the view overlooking the whole city building and the ocean. We also received complimentary beverage and snacks with my name on the card which is lovely!!. The only problem I got is myself!! who cannot use SIMCARD that I bought at the airport However, Rene asked the experts team to fix it in the blink of an eye!!!. I would like to recommend to stay in W Hong Kong. You will get treated perfectly. THE FOOD IS GREAT THE CHEF ARE NICE. The decoration is well designed. my friends in HONG KONG said you need to go to the POOL and yes it is as rumored. Moreover, THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE PERFECT LOCATION. it is MTR ACCESS TRAIN TO THE CITY AND ALSO DIRECTLY TO THE AIRPORT you dont have to waste your time walking outdoor to reach the train. ALSO, TAXI will wait for you in front of the hotel. nothing to say but PLEASE STAY HERE. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will come back to stay here again soon <3

The staff in every step of the hotel was exceptionally helpful. Especially Alex and Rene, they were really kind and ready to help. They are very professional and know how to treat the customers. The service was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the very last day. Even though typhoon came to the city and we can’t go anywhere outside, they really keep asking and offer things we didn’t expect such as volunteering to be a tour guide walking around the hotel and observe the Ritz Carlton. We were truly impressed and appreciative a lot. Moreover, they know that my SIM card is not activated so they let the expert coming to my room and helped every possible way to fix the problem!! The view and environment is clean and really beautiful. We love the complimentary champagne and the snack settings that you welcomed us. I personally love the convenience of W hotel. It is located in a large mall and connected to airport and MTR access where you can go anywhere very easily. I highly recommend W Hongkong hotel. If you are looking for a sophisticated place with a highly skilled and experienced staff, this place is the only answer for you!! I will definitely stay here again soon 💚

Lovely hotel with amazing amenities, beautiful room with ocean view, incredible staff who were extremely helpful and considerate (they decorated the room for my birthday with balloons, rose petals, and a cake!!!), wonderful spa experience.

Spacious rooms, modern decoration. The staff cloud quickly provide a HDMI cable so I could connect my laptop to the tv. The gym has a fantastic view and has a boxing bag and pretty much all you need.

When I called the hotel before the booking, I asked if they've got a sauna running, they said yes. After checking in and heading to the sauna, I was told it's closed due to Covid. That was frustrating indeed. breakfast buffet is average in terms of food selection. Overall good taste is decent, but somewhat standard like in other hotels, certainly nothing unique about it.

After being away for 4 years, many of the concierge staff recognized me. They were attentive as always. At the checkin, Ms.Tsang merged my files and acknowledged that it was my 27th stay in 7 years.

Superb facilities here. Everyone from breakfast to the gym and pool attendants were very friendly and helpful. Room amenities great. Would 100% book again.

Walking to the hotel is tricky, but taxis are so cheap it wasn’t a major issue.

All staff at G/F and 6/F receptions are so helpful and polite. We have been to so many staycations in Hong Kong recently (including many 5-star) but it’s the first time that we could use the swimming pool at the time we liked, even during weekend, and without getting into long line or waiting (or being disappointed of not being able to swim at the session we wanted)… it’s so relaxing without the need of queuing up for ages…

Only comment is that, we were asked to use the QR code to get access to the booking system for breakfast next time and we could start booking from 3pm. When I used the QR code, it spent me so much time trying to login (and out then, and login again .., again & again)… I finally called the general hotline from my room around 3:15pm but was told Kitchen was full for 9:15am next day, and we had to used Woo Bar. Although the sitting was comfy and we could walk to Kitchen to get food but it was so inconvenient as we had a young kid with us.

Excellent service from the staff at reception to the ladies cleaning the rooms. The room is more spacious than I expected and the beds were really comfortable.

Facilities a little tired and dodgy fixit jobs in some areas, needs a refresh, otherwise great
