The location is perfect - easy walk to Central, a little heart-pumping coming back but that's okay. The botanical Gardens and zoo across the street is a welcome retreat from all that concrete. And also the HongKong park is stunningly beautiful. Your hotel is in the most perfect location in HK in my humble opinion....views, ease to Central, The Peak etc. The hotel itself is very clean, and very quiet with not so many rooms per floor. The only negative comment I would make is that the restaurant is sad but I understand it is a separate entity from your hotel.

As mentioned the restaurant is sad but it doesn't retract from all the pluses of your hotel.

Quite Neighbourhood. About 10 min walk to the Peak Tram and 5 min walk to the Botanical Garden. Spacious room with beautiful view. Everyday my legs were swollen that I needed to return to the hotel right after dinner; it was enjoyable resting in the room enjoying the view. Comfortable bed. Fitness center on the 6th floor.

Of all hotels I stayed in my life, the bathroom of this hotels has the most black mold ever (not just one spot of black mold, but multiple +30cm lines of black molds). Each time I take a shower, I am displeased and disgusted at these black molds. Drinking water is not free. There are two bottles of 600mL of water in the room with price tag; each bottle costs 12 HKD.

Central location

Unwittingly or deliberately hindering me when I was in a hurry to go to the airport by the female staff at Concierge when checking out on 1 August, 2021. She uttered a lot of things for disclaimer purposes which she and other staff had never done when checking out before. I have been a regular guest in the past year. This is the same staff I had complained about giving me an uncleaned room and causing me the trouble to move my things from one room to another before.

I've stayed here before and would not hesitate to stay here again. It's nothing fancy but is a good-value, modern, clean, tidy and functional high-rise hotel in a smart, convenient and safe location up on the mid-levels. The killer feature is that from upper floor rooms categorised as "Premier" and above, it offers the most superlative views over the Botanical Gardens to the Hong Kong Central skyline. Note that this means that the "Garden View" rooms here are the ones that offer the "City View". The staff are efficient and friendly. Additionally, the Peak Tram and Hong Kong Park are 10 minutes walk away and the shops and nightlife of the Central district are a pleasant 15 minutes walk across the Botanical Gardens. If the walk back up hill is a bit much for you then the frequent 12A bus runs in a circle from Central and Admiralty and stops on MacDonnell Road just outside the hotel before returning to Admiralty and Central. It can also be used to arrive and depart from the Airport Express station if you can carry your bags a short distance to or from the station to the bus stop in Central. A final bonus is the fact that there is a sizeable and excellent, if pricey, Fusion supermarket built into the basement of the building.

Though still tasteful and modern looking and obviously very well-looked after, time is starting to take it's toll on the rooms and, although they remain acceptable at the moment, a refurbishment will be needed in a couple of years. The restaurant is basically a canteen shared with the YWCA (which is located on the first six floors) and does not open in the evening or Sundays. The breakfast menu would benefit from a simple tea/toast/jam/juice/cereal type option just to get you going as not everyone can withstand a hot, cooked breakfast at the best of times never mind when jet-lagged.

The room was large and the view was terrific both day and night. There is a supermarket just around the corner and the bus stop to go to Central is just a minute walk away. The botanic garden is across the road and our room overlooked the garden with lots of lovely trees. The hotel is very clean and the staff were excellent, always willing to provide information or answer questions.

The kitchenette had very limited equipment, just enough to prepare a simple meal, i.e. one saucepan and a frying pan and plates and cutlery for two people. Also there is a lack of restaurants near by.

All was exvcellent. We got a really good price for this kind of location on the hill of Hong Kong island. could walk to the zoo and various parks and 15 minute walk downhill to the main area of Central . Near teh Peak Tram also so amazing location. We didn't have a harbour view room but high up looking back at the Peak. All of us were really impressed with the deal and mentioned it many time. The staff were also excellent and extremely helpful, helping to keep us in the same room for an extended stay. Highly recommended

nothing really. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Maybe relatively simple furnishings but thats only a small complaint. A more functional room that stylishly decorate but also very clean and comfortable

The hotel was OK. I stayed for a week and everything was OK. what upset me was how much Booking has overcharged compared with other platforms. my case was over 20% and I only found out the day I checked in. I was not able to make a price match as no one replied me after I sent all related proven info.

showing some snapshots of the price difference from booking and another website. for the same room same period of 7 days, booking is 27% overcharged. very disappointed. will not use it for booking in the future.

The views from the room were overlooking the botanical gardens so we were really happy with the room location, it was clean, spacious, quiet, had all the necessities

The location of the hotel was slightly too high up the mountain - it is worth noting that this part of island is very hilly so you end up walking down many stairs on your way to the central bars/reataurants area and having to climb up on your way back. The taxi from central are is only £3-4 (not uber, local ones) so not a big issue but that is the only thing.

We booked Premier room because of the view! it was spectacular and breathtaking, one of the best in Hong Kong! I bet you this hotel is worth for staying at least because of this view! The room was clean with enough space, we had everything we needed! Stuff was pleasant and polite! We had heating and air condition! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!! Thanks!

We didn’t face any difficulties. The only problem - no restraunts around. Some people complained about the location. But there are several bus stations around

I stayed in a room with kitchen and living room separated from bedroom. The view was fantastic. Spacious rooms, i like the nice big fridge. Quiet and safe location with supermarket right next door. Zoo snd Park across the road, playground and squash within 10 mins walk. Bathtub in bathroom, big TV screen with Netflix. Free parking in next door building as long as you spend some money in supermarket. This is a very good family with young children option who come to hk to mainly visit family, want to have a place to catch up and chat. With the green in such close proximity, this hotel is on the edge of an oasis within the concrete jungle.

Kitchen equipment and utensils are there, but they are very basic. We went in early April, the pool was not open. The bed is only a double bed. Back of the tele was dusty. Bin in the kitchen has no lid. No means to recycle waste. Full cleaning and bed making was only done few days in week, but they do change towels and clear bins every day. These are not significant shortcomings to me. Overall, I like staying in this hotel, and there are a lot of plus points I didn't know until I stay there.
