The staff were all brilliant, helping us with all our luggage up & down the many stairs when we arrived and when we left. The room itself was particularly well appointed, with great double glazing and insulation. Teas & coffees were provided, plus a Krupps machine, which was unexpected. The shower was also brilliant, as were the shampoos & gels provided. And the bed!!! If you want a great night’s sleep, stay here. I honestly can’t think of a single negative about Architectonica - and next time we’re in Skiathos, that’s where we’ll stay!

Central location, close to port and bus station. Variety of shops, restaurants and travel agencies. Nikos on reception was helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the ‘community’ feel in the hotel neighbourhood.

The steep circular steps may prove a problem for elderly travellers...although Nokia insisted on carrying our bags up for us! Appreciated!

In a great central spot. Handy for the port and everything else going on. We actually walked back to the airport as it’s an easy pleasant stroll. Although the property is tucked away it’s really easy to find from the map and is signposted too. Had a deluxe sea view room on 3rd floor - modern/stylish room. A decent size; comfortable bed; good toiletries which were refreshed along with tea/coffee. Water in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Sea view across the roof tops as described and a decent sized balcony. Air con. when needed was good and the wifi strong. The staff we encountered were lovely and friendly (good communication before our stay). Only stayed a couple of nights at the end of our island hopping trip but they were very enjoyable and I’d certainly consider staying here again.

If stairs are an issue to be considered this may not be the place for you - or request a lower floor. It’s a typical older Greek building with steps up to the door, up to reception then more winding stairs up to rooms.

Everything,as always friendly and helpful the room clean and tidy, great location .All of the hotel is clean and tidy.

It's difficult to find something we didn't like maybe a bit of oil and grease on patio door as had to push harder to close which made a noise and could upset other guests to this great place if that's all, it must be one of the best hotels .

Very friendly receptionist and cleaner . Both very happy to help. Anastasia went above and beyond for us she’s a credit to the hotel.( think I got the right name the receptionist). Hotel clean comfortable and great location.

Only one little thing felt like a couple of drawers could be put in the rooms. But still managed fine without.

No breakfast provided, but there was a kettle and teabags and cups plus a little fridge with water, which was unexpected so I could make tea and breakfast for myself. The room was beautifully and cleverly designed, cool understated colour scheme, a lot of attention to detail, very clean, air conditioning very effective, a working wifi. It was not a big room but I felt it to be very spacious. No shutters, but elegant blinds. Great for my overnight stay. The reception usualy closes at 4 pm but they waitied for me to arrive at 9 pm

Being Skiathos there are always a lot of stairs. Steps up to the entrance from the road, stairs up to reception and then my room was on second floor. I only had hand luggage, so not a problem for me and of course they offered to carry my case up. So you have to be fit. Not so good if you have mobility issues. Because I arrived late and not shown up to my room I had to work things out for myself like the air con and keys, but no problem. I felt very rested after a night there.

The hotel was very close to the harbour and the town centre which is why we picked it. It was simple enough to find just look out for the sign on the wall which directs you up the steps opposite to the hotel. We had a fantastic view of the town and sea from our balcony. The room felt very clean, didn't expect tea and coffee facilities. Dimitros on reception was really friendly and helpful couldn't have been better. He even took out case down the steps when we left.

There was nothing we didn't like but just be aware there are steps up to the hotel entrance and more steps up to the reception inside the door. The reception isn't always manned if new guests are not expected so don't forget your key and remember the four digit door code which will also open the hotel door.

Great support from management, even with us coming in very late in the evening. Fantastic location with an easy walk to the port, even with luggage. Close to all the restaurants and places to see and visit. Management was even gracious enough to let us store our luggage there for half a day, on our return trip back through Skiathos (even though we were not staying there at the time)!

There was nothing we didn't like about the room or the location. We only stayed 1 night but would happily stay much longer!

The hosts were wonderful and couldn’t be friendlier and more accommodating. We let them know that we would arrive a couple of hours before the check in started and they had already prepared our room so that we wouldn’t have to wait! When we asked them to extend our stay for a day, they found us a new room and again had it ready really fast. The rooms were very clean and had great views of Skiathos. We will definitely return!

Everything was genuinely great.

Very good hotel in the center of the town, near to the port. We have stayed one night, room was equipped with all necessary things, even tooth brushes. The air conditioning worked well, which was really an important thing taking into account temperature outside. Room was clean and there was a small balcony with a side view to the city.
