Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast with different options. Good location near the Port and airport. Nice pool area. Pool bar had good drink/food options. Hookah available. The room was very chic, very nice. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom/shower. We were in the second floor and had a huge balcony/patio with street views. There is a Starbucks and pharmacy across the street where you can park.

We requested a room in the lower level for my pregnant wife's convenience and after they confirmed that our room was in the lower level, we got a room in the highest floor. The water every time we showered would leak onto the floor underneath the vanity. The TV was small. I got nothing else.

This is a Beautifully unique hotel, petite, personal , great location, good food, very clean and picturesque .. the staff were so accommodating, they made our trip so personal , very attentive and gave good advice for traveling around Mykonos (especially the front desk lady who took time to attend to us and make sure everything was ok) nothing was too much for the great team that work here, our room was gorgeous and made our holiday that perfect and special.

Dimitra brings so much additional value to this hotel. A great host and manager with outstanding local expertise and know-how. She was always helpful and customer-oriented, providing the best tips for the island - incl. events, clubs, hidden spots, restaurants, villa parties, etc. You are secured to have a great time in Mykonos with some backing from Dimitra! Location is amazing. Super close to town, yet excludes the pricing premium of town hotels. At the same time perfectly located to reach popular places like Scorpios, Principote, Nammos, etc. Rooms are bright and clean. Food and service are great. Pool area is nice for relaxation.

In the general/walking area, there were some issues with water sewage resulting in some minor flood. However, technicians quickly handled the situation.

The location is good, but travellers should know its 10-15 walk downhill to the main centre and Fabrika bus station and taking transport can be pricey. It would be nice if the pool and jacuzzi could be heated at night If you are renting a car, finding parking spaces might be a challenge but parking is free

Everything was perfect! Especially the staff, they helped us with everything we needed, and even gave us recommendations to amazing places and restaurants we had to see around the island and even helped us rent an atv! They were so sweet and always willing to help and were just overall amazing and super kind

The pool was amazing. and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. it’s a short walk to town albeit coming back is uphill but doable. At night we took the bus back up because the roads are crazy at night. just ask to get dropped off at the roundabout. can’t say enough good things about Dimitra who provided concierge services or as she said my personal assistant. very good staff.

The breakfast was ok. lots to choose from but the eggs over easy were rubbery. Really not much to complain about.

The service is amazing. The room is very cozy. The employees working are so sweet and helpful. I missed my breakfast and they arranged a special plate for me. The location is superb.

I wish they offered me a complimentary ride from the aiiport. I asked for it but it was expensive and the hotel is just 4 minutes away. Walking from the airport is 15 mins.

Our check in was smooth and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here on our honeymoon and the staff were so kind. Breakfast here was also amazing! Loved all the different options and coffee. The hotel is a walkable distance from the old port but uphill on the way back.

The Hotel was very clean, great sized room with lovely balcony and great amenities making the room very comfortable. The room was cleaned and fresh towels provided daily. Lovely pool area and comfortable Day beds for relaxing. Food by the pool also great. The staff of the Hotel are so friendly and really make this hotel a great choice. The staff are all lovely people who run this hotel everyday - very helpful with Tourist advice / booking taxis etc. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly, especially at the reception. The room we stayed in was very clean. We had a nice view of the pool and the sunset. We also loved a nice small but deep pool and sun beds. Hotel is about 1.5km from the airport and 900m from town centre.

Poor choice of TV programs. Wifi was not stable in our room. Lack of towel hangers. Breakfast was good, only the salad was cut into miniature pieces and in insufficient quantities. Everything else was fine.
