All the staff of the hotel were absolutely amazing! Georgia, Theodora, Alexandros, Elena, Giannis and Nikos, with their friendly, professional and hospitable manners, made our stay unforgettable and unique and gave us a reason to return to this hotel unique of its kind! Thank you all for making us feel being at home!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Everything was exceptional! First of all, the stuff was so nice, every one of them! The hotel was thinking about every small detail so that you would feel like home. Breakfast is not too big but you can find everything you need and mostly important everything is very delicious and high quality. We loved our room with a jacuzzi. Honestly, we booked this room because there was no other available and we thought that we would not even use it because it was 40° outside, but you can put cold water in it and it is great. It has great locatio for visiting meteora and also nice tavernas around the hotel.

10/10 is what this place deserves! We booked 3 room types for a family of 5 adults and all of them enjoyed their stay. Staff from the moment we entered the place was AMAZING, kind and welcoming. After a 5 hours on a road you expect to just get to your room and the check/in process was smooth and in few minutes we were in our rooms. It was my birthday so my partner arranged for me a birthday in-room suprise, a very nice touch they organise if you have a special occasion. Rooms had everything you needed, tea & coffee facilities, water in the fridge was daily putted back and I think we had complimentary wine as well. Breakfast was small and great, Greek breakfast products, cold section as a buffet and if you wanted warm option, they would bring it to you. Great big coffee cup, water & fresh orange juice refilled when needed. We stayed in the Jacuzzi room and it was great, even tho no Meteora view but great privacy, only minus, We missed some spaces where to store our clothing and stuff in general like in other rooms, small shelfs etc., but the small touch as a lavander essential oil for the jacuzzi experience was great. Great staff members and place where to definetly come back in the winter.

One of our rooms had half of the shower doors, not a problem, but only minus.

Breakfast was good; Location is very convenient; Parking can be a bit challenging very close to the hotel but we got lucky. The staff were incredibly helpful both late in the evening and the morning. And the place was kept exceptionally clean including the common toilets

I had booked the 2 bedroom facing the rocks but we check in late and while we got connecting rooms, we only realised after we got to the room that the views were not of the rocks. Since we hardly stayed in the room, it was no much of an issue but I suppose we paid a premium for the room.

Maybe it's in the detail. There's something about this hotel that makes staying here special. They've thought of almost everything. Or maybe it is the ultra professionalism of the incredibly welcoming staff who put many 5 star hotel staff to shame. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast experience is amazing: fresh orange juice, crepes, about five types of plant based milks for your cereal, fresh fruit, eggs. The best breakfast we had on our three week trip. And all hosted with the same professionalism that all the staff have at this hotel. The room was great, the bed super comfortable, 100% clean with a great coffee machine. Yes, I'm impressed. Simply excellent on every level. Whoever manages this place knows what they're doing. A really excellent four night stay. Oh, and a perfect location too!

We liked everything

The room was clean and was smelling really good. Also they were cleaning it every day so we had a tied up room and new towels every day. In the bathroom there was toothpaste and a toothbrush and that is something I liked.. The view from the room was nice. The breakfast had a great variety of options and it was tasty. The location of the hotel is just right. Staff was polite and friendly. There isn't private parking but it's easy to find a spot outside of the hotel. I totally recommend it

We could hear some noises from the kitchen. Apart from that everything was great

Awesome custom made Hotel, with very nice interior and the perfect location. You are sitting outside in the sunrise watching the light form on the massive rocks while eating breakfast. Sauna and Jaccuzi were fantastic and working great! We got a lot of information on everything we wanted to do, together with free wine, sweets and fresh honey right from the cones. Loved it!

Everything is packed in plastic for hygiene's-sake I guess, but it would be much better to find a solution with less plastic waste, since it is one of the things destroying our planet.. Please consider it.

The staff was very friendly. They happily gave us pointers on where to go, eat and go. The lady at checkout reminded me of my grandmother. Very warm lady, so it was a bit nostalgic for me. She was very kind and also mailed our postcards for. My husband and I. The hotel was close to some of the monasteries, and we were able to hike to them. The hotel is definitely in a great location to go see the monasteries.

We were on a basement/first floor and we were able to hear the people above us.

We booked 1 night in this hotel, because we were staying only 24 hours in Meteora for the monasteries tour and we are so glad we did ( by the way - for the tour, we recommend to book with Visit Meteora - the half day tour was amazing and so worth it!)
This hotel is one of the closest in Kastraki before you enter the mountain roads to the monasteries, so very convenient for tours! But it’s only a 5 minute drive back to Kalambaka if you want to visit the main town. 
From the moment we arrived, the host was so helpful and accommodating. He helped carry our bags, offered extra blankets because it was cold, and gave us recommendations for dinner places. The rooms are clean and perfect. There are 12 rooms total. We had originally booked the Velvet room, but upon arrival, we were notified that they had other openings and the host upgraded us at no extra charge to the Superior room, which had a front view, which was such a nice touch! The room came with everything we needed and even offered water bottles to take. 
Breakfast was delicious. They had a wide spread of options to choose from, and also offered a few options, cooked to order. 
The hotel offered to keep our bags after check out while we went on our morning tour and everything was kept safe until we got back. Even upon our return and after check out, they were still helping recommend things to do after, on our way back to Athens. 
Highly recommend this place!!

This was a very nice boutique hotel, very close to the sights of Meteora. The style and quality of the facilities were excellent. The bed was a very comfortable Coco-Mat and the bathroom facilities were also high quality, with a great shower. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Greece. Eggs and pancakes made to order.

We paid extra for an 'upgrade' from a Meteora view room to a Junior suite. What we did not realise was the upgrade did not have a view and was below reception in quite a dark room. The 'upgrade' we realised was a jakuzzi in the room which we did not want or use. Be wary of any upgrades. The hotel is just trying to fill spare rooms.
