Esperides Beach Resort

Very nice family hotel, selection of food is really very good, travelling with children is important to have possibility to eat during the day, at Tutti Frutti restaurant from the 12:00 till 18:00 you can find a big choice, very tasty pizza maked by italian cook, watermelon, ice cream, burgers, pasta, fresh vegetables, what ever you want! The personal on the reception is very friendly, I asked before my arrival for the quiet room at upper floor and they gave me the room at 5th floor with really very nice view, thanks a lot!

What I find really disappointed, it is dirty plates and spoons at main restaurant, sometimes I changed few plates before I find the one without some old food attached after cleaning. I think the direction must do something with this issue!

Good variety and quality of food, really kindly staff. Kids loved the waterslides, even though they were a bit aged and are definitely waiting to be renovated. Easy to rent a car in few places next to the hotel, nice car rental at the hotel (however not on the cheapest side and with limited availability - book in advance). We didnt have problem with the sunbeds but we were staying there in the September, I can imagine that in the peak of season number of sun beds might be the issue. The temperatures were perfect when we were they - ~29°C so we really recommend September.

- as often on all inclusive - really poor soft drinks, with a lot of sugar. I with they serve normal juices. - poor wifi - problems to connect and speeds around 1Mb/s - I contacted with the hotel before getting there and was ensured that they will figure out the solutions for bunked beds (as I was afraid my 5 year old would fall) - however after arrival I got info that there is nothing they can do :( Finally we extracted the matress and put it on the ground without asking the staff. - sand in the waterslides (event at the beginning of the day - so noone cleaned it) - why the swimming pools are open only to 6pm? NO idea, I understand that lifeguard is going to bed, but we should be allowed to take the risk. - keep in mind that beach is sand with little rocks, not 100% sandy

The selection and quality of the food was great, there was always something to choose from, whether it was continental food or local specialties. Since there were always at least two restaurants open, there was no need to stand in line for meals, and the crowd fortunately dispersed. The design and size of the family room was adequate, and the view was magnificent. The cocktails were made from canned soft drinks (not everywhere), which were particularly delicious (sometimes a little more alcohol was added than should have been :) ). The maintenance of the pools was continuous, so they were always clean, I especially recommend them to families with children, everyone will find the opportunity to swim in the pools or on the nearby beach. The animators were also helpful and kind, and we had great fun at the children's and adult programs in the amphitheater.

Basically, we had a good time, so I only have a few suggestions for improvement: The games room's machines broke down several times, it would be worth spending more time on their maintenance or reducing their number. The toilet is very far from the terrace of the Main Restaurant (or we couldn't find it), so you have to go a lot with children if they need it to use. The animator programs could be advertised better because they are great. It is not connected to the hotel, but there is no old town or promenade nearby where you can walk, but the garden of the hotel is beautiful.

Our family had a fantastic week at Esperides Beach Resort. The hotel is perfect for young kids, they can enjoy the beautiful garden, the pools, the water park and the playground area. Mini club is also recommended, even our school age kids enjoyed it. There are also very good sports activities and the instructors are really kind and enthusiastic about it. The food was very enjoyable even for a week long stay. The variety was plenty and you could find very healthy stuff as well. The beach was really nice, the garden relaxing and everything was clean.

The room doors should be also soundproof or at least properly isolated. Unfortunately, you could hear anything that happened in the corridor.

Their private beach is wonderful, they have all the facilities one would like to have, there’s food available at all time and plenty of drinks all day and all night long and in different spots. They put bottles of water every day in the room and they provide the guests with beach towels. They have a mini market in the resort and a bus stop just outside. They offer some fun entertainment for all ages during the day and more activities and shows for kids. There’s a small electronic gaming room and a small gym. We greatly enjoyed the live music at night but too bad it’s not every night, especially Saturday evening.

The shower in our room was too small with a short curtain so the water would fill the bathroom floor after each shower. The buffet at breakfast time should last till 11 o’clock and not 10 since people come here for vacation and would enjoy sleeping late in the morning.

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and I should say it exceeded our expectations. Looking from the outside, the façade of the hotel is rather outdated and does not promise much however interiors of the main area were obviously renovated and were well thought, modern and comfortable. The hotel is mainly visited by families with kids, as we were traveling with our 1-year old daughter I can understand why. There are a lot of amenities for children - several pools, playgrounds, green areas, waterslides, specific food sections, etc. The water on the beach up front is very clean and pleasant, despite the fact that the beach is not really sandy but more like a mix of sand and pebbles. Daily cleaning services throughout the whole resort and in the rooms were well done. Staff are well trained and very kind. We were happy that there was enough staff in any part of the resort if we needed them. What we were really surprised about was the variety and more importantly, quality of the food. There were a lot of options for any preferences. We were pleased to find a "mama's home-made" section, which we found very appropriate for our daughter. We also enjoyed a lot the sea food section and the grill one. I really did not expect to have such different, well cooked and overall quite good fish and sea food options updated on daily basis. I came in skeptical but I must admit I would gladly come back to the hotel.

Furniture in rooms is a bit outdated as well as the façade of the hotel itself - not a big issue really Beach is pebbly so bring your aqua shoes Those are minor remarks... the only big issue that we had is with the annoying sunbeds booking by throwing a few towels around by (I would say most) of the guests. People were literally waking up in the early hours to reserve spots in the beach AND around pools. By the time breakfast finished it was practically impossible to find an unreserved sunbed around the pools. Management of the hotel is posting messages around the premises but something more adequate should be taken as measure.

Our vacation at the hotel was overall successful. there was enough food, versatile and varied. We usually liked to go to the restaurant downstairs, because the main restaurant was often very noisy. The sea was close and there was enough for the children to do. The service we received at the hotel was friendly.

The pool area should be bigger or even slightly divided. Everyone was at the main pool at the same time, and it was really crowded there when people had swimmingtoys and children were jumping to the pool. Tje evening program was always very late, often until 11 pm. It was also really noisy and not really for children.. One day there was a skill show and we liked it! So we would like to see more that kind of performance than just singing.

We loved everything about this Hotel! From the beautiful and clean facilities, the great location, the wonderful all-inclusive experience and the qaulity of food, to the wonderful staff and the GREAT animation team! Our only regret was that it was too short of a visit!

One small thing that was quickly corrected by the shift manager is that we initially were given a room that was different than the one I chose on Booking. But once I brought it to their attention, it was resolved and we enjoyed the replacement room that we got.

We had a great time at Esperides with our two children. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The food was amazing! So many options and the kids loved the candy floss and slushies at Tutti Frutti. The evening entertainment was great fun and we loved the water aerobics at the pool in the mornings. The beach is very close and the pools at the hotel are great and nice size. The kids loved the water slides. Very close to the Water park which is worth the visit as well. Beach towels from the hotel which you can change daily were a great bonus. Our room was cleaned daily and left spotless. My husband’s birthday was on one of the days we were at Esperides and we got a cake with a kind note in our room as a surprise!! Thank you very much for making our holiday so great!
