I stayed in room 501 on the 5th floor. It has two rooms with own access to the balcony. One room with a twin size bed and one a queen size bed. No door to separate rooms. Staff was super friendly. Room cleaning/service daily. Very clean and quiet. I felt safe walking in the area. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good.

No wifi service in my room. Only worked when I was in the lobby area.

My room was on the 5th floor with a spacious terrace, a super comfy bed and a well equipped en-suite bathroom. There was also a kitchenette in the room with a big fridge. A/C was quite noisy, but worked alright. Got used to the sound by the second night. everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff a breakfast and reception were all super friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Wasnt too keen on the coffee during breakfast, which was kept in a thermos. But it was not that bad either. It really was a pleasant stay.

We found the hotel very clean and hospitable.

our stay was booked 2hrs prior to landing in Athens. we arrived late at night for 2 nights stay. However, the same night that we arrived to the hotel we were informed that our flight to Canada was changed to come out 1 day sooner. we asked the hotel to refund us for the second night but they insisted that it’s too short notice and it was non-refundable. we explained that we came with an extraction plane from Israel and the situation is not normal to kindly take it to consideration but , they didn’t and insisted that we must pay the full 2 nights. the hotel did offer a voucher for the remaining night.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Even though the check in is at 15:00, there is a space where customers can leave their luggage if they arrive earlier and leave for a walk downtown. Also, I had an early flight and the hotel provided me an apple, a fruit juice a toast and a piece of cake as breakfast box to take with me. There is a staff member at the reception 24/7.

I may say this is a 2-3 stars hotel. The rooms were really enjoyable, modern. Really clean. The staff really nice. There is a laundry available on request at 24 hours. The place is secured in the evening with someone outside who won't let you in if you don't have the card. The room service is available until 22:00 with a good range of casual food. We didn't try the breakfast, so i can't say anything. The wifi was working fine. Downstairs, there is a place outside the bar restaurant, casual to take coffee or drinks not at all crowded with people. The location is okish The view from the room are ok, the top can enjoy full sunbath

Maybe the location. More coffee and water in the room. Laundry costs in the room could have been good to have. But those are subtile details that can be fixed at the reception.

The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The room facilities were exquisite and had everything that would qualify it as a 4-star hotel. The Greek morning breakfast was good. I highly recommend them for their overall wonderful service.

The location is good. It's only around 10 minutes from the nearest metro station, which is not bad but might be tedious if you have luggage.

The hotel staff were approachable and helpful especially Lucas and Lyda . The room was big with comfy beds and pillows. It is near Stores ( Filipino store at that) , bus station. Nearest subway is around 10-15 min walk .

The garbage was not collected and changed daily. We have to call the front desk to have it done The shower room is clogged but was addressed after 2 days

The staff was very friendly and helpful! One of the house keepers folded my pajamas in a very nice way and even folded our towels into swans one time. They also put flowers on the bed. This was a very nice touch and was very much appreciated! Breakfast was extensive and very good.

When we arrived, there were some dirty dishes of previous guests in the fridge in our room. It is a 12 minute walk to the nearest metro station, which makes the hotel a little less easily accessible.

nice hotel with kind staff. It’s not right in the center of the city but you can reach high attractions by metro which is about 10 minutes far by foot, to get to both 2 metro stations available. Breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary. Room was spacious and clean. Balcony was looking to an other building but you could relax there. Restaurant meals were available but didn’t try them. Supermarket, pharmacy and coffee shops available in the area.

the only thing i didn’t like was that even with the blinds in windows , light was getting in because of some spots between the blind and the windows. wish it could get darker. also found kind expensive the cost for the parking, so i didn’t eventually use it. As I observed, there were some spots for parking in the street but requires a a try and a few rounds till you find to park.

Bathroom was nice and we had a big balcony. The room was clean and the service was good.

The tv was old and didn't work well, the staff was informed more then once and did not fix it. The location was not very good, about 10 minutes walk from the metro then 4 stations to the city center. The hotel restaurant was very basic and unpleasing to my opinion. There is no pool at the hotel and i believe this is booking's fault for not mentioning that clearly enough.
