Apartment No. 5 "Vilm" is a 131 ft² holiday apartment that extends over two levels. The living area and kitchen are located on the upper level (ground floor), while the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom are located in the basement. Both levels are connected by a steep spiral staircase. Due to this structural feature, the apartment is not suitable for elderly people or guests with limited mobility. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove, toaster, and kitchen utensils. The private bathroom on the lower level has a shower and toilet.
