Novum Hotel Boulevard Stuttgart City

Location of the hotel is super central. A lot of convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centre are within 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The room was decently spacious for the value and clean. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They even let us check in a few hours earlier than expected.

The room is not sound proof. We could still hear noises from the street even though our room was on the opposite side of the busy street. Noises from the hallway can be heard from inside of the room.

The room exceeded our expectations in both size and facilities since we got an AC and we didn't count with it, since other times we stayed here we didn't get it. The location is great and you have everything so close and many stores, restaurants and supermarkets around the corner.

The bathroom could be better. Old tiles that need a renovation. They look very grandma style. The bathtub is unnecessary, specially with the small step on the side, which could be a little bit dangerous when you walk in or out cause it's slippery when it's wet Also because of the shower glass doesn't fit right to the bottom, there was a lot of water coming into the floor and we needed to use another towel for not having a puddle next to the WC

I really appreciate the Cleanliness of the Hotel and Rooms. The Air Conditioning was must for this temperature conditions and it was really comfortable. Breakfast was Okay comparing to the Hotel, it could have been little bit better in terms of Variety of the Food items to take care of multicultural team, like we were in our group.

I would recommend a little bit of extension of the Reception so that an extra staff can work during these times of Trade Fair or when lots of people are coming for Check-In. Our Check-In took almost 40 minutes for 4 people and An effective Air Circulation or Air Conditioning is required during this high time for people to calm down till they get their turn.

The room size was fine. Very clean, near to everything, you are in the center, infront of them Halal restaurant. We are Muslims. You can access everything, transportation is near by, supermarkwts around you.

I liked everything except one thing, I wrotel that we expected to arrive before check in time, you know I can't control the arrival time, it is based on transportation schedule on that day from the place where I live, we arrived early at 12 pm, they refused to do the check -in early. My son was sick also on our arrival day. You can imagine how the time from 12 to 2:41 was going. It was very hard. Also, it was Sunday. Malls and all shops were closed.

The breakfast selection was excellent at 6:30AM on the day we flew home and also at 10:00 AM on the day we slept in.

The location was excellent, located on the walking zone with many adjacent shops and restaurants. Our room faced this pedestrian zone. The closed windows did a very good job muffling out the sounds, but then the room was a little to warm for our comfort. (Late September)

I have stayed at this hotel on previous visits to Stuttgart, and I primarily choose it because of the location and the price. I like staying in Stadtmitte near shopping, restaurants, and the S- and U-bahn lines, and this is a very affordable hotel. It is not fancy, but the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly.

Could not access the wi-fi in my room at all, which has been an issue on previous visits as well.

Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We had a view on Main Street, so by night was little bit loud - but we didn’t mind, it’s a city life. We ask for child bed, and we got it directly. Check in was 2h earlier 😊 and we could also leave our luggage on reception until evening… Overall very nice hotel, in city center, with great staff 😊

Breakfast is 9.5e, and it was very basic without even a coffee machine.

Very good location, easy walking distance from the main station and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Room was clean and had everything I needed (although a kettle would have been nice). Good water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out.

Decor was rather old fashioned but everything was clean and functional. Room was very hot, even with the window open. Noise level pretty good, apart from some enthusiastic pigeons at dawn. The mattress was very squishy but adequate for one night.

Very good location, car parking at the hotel with reservation service ,very neat ,clean room and in the middle of the city, very convenient and friendly staff.

The shower door is just a little bit short at the bottom, after shower, there will be a little splash at the floor. There is shower mat available which helps. It's just a small tip for improvement about the shower door.

Location is perfekt you can walk everywhere. The hotel is surrounded by shopping centers. There is a bakery and a döner restaurant (Beylerbeyi) very close and are delicious.
