B&B Hotel Rosenheim

Very clean. Everything worked in the bedroom. TV had channels in different languages. We had little contact with staff, but those we met were friendly and helpful. There is a vending machine in the lobby selling water and beer for €2. it also sells snacks. It’s good value for money. Good shower. great location right next to rail and bus stations.

The self checkout process was a bit tricky. Not all the page is visible, so when you sign in nothing happens. Eventually we realised we had to scroll down to the ‘next’ button. this was counterintuitive as the button had appeared automatically after previous screens. But that is a tiny quibble - everything else was great.

Staff speaks English no problem, I was able to to get enough support needed. Everything seems automatized, so no need to use keys (make sure to keep the room code with yourself or somewhat memorized). Location is perfect, literally next to train station and surprisingly, it was quiet at night. I expected to hear loud trains at the evening, but not true! The building is located near everything, e.g. bus station, train station, city centre. Location couldn't be any better! I had a fantastic room with nice view to the town, I loved it! In general, my experience was fantastic!

The only thing that got me off was just I was unaware of the German holidays, which led me waiting for check in at later time, but other than that, I can't think of other negative aspects of this hotel.

The room was a nice cool temperature which was marvellous, especially during the heat wave, the room also was very clean and very neatly set up, even the toilet paper was folded in at the beginning! Everything in the room works as it should work, a power outlet next to the bed with a night stand. Noise cancelling rooms for extra rest and just overall a pleasant stay!

Parking facilities, the parking facilities weren't free, you'd have to park in a parking garage around the corner of the entrance which doesn't allowed direct access to the hotel as far as I could find. Parking costs were €12 for 24 hours, however apparently if you stay here shorter than that you'll pay more.

Very clean rooms, with a great shower and staff are very friendly. We checked in a late hour so we did all check in using the stand at the entrance and it was very comfy, till we get the room code number. Reasonable priced food and beverage vending machines at the entrance floor. Convenient parking, though with an extra charge. Perfectly located near the train (40 minutes to Munich central station), bus stations, and the old city center.

You have to be aware that the rooms are very small with an open narrow cabinet. We used each double room for a single person, so it was great, but for a couple it could be too crowded. Parking below the hotel with a small discount for the hotel guests.

Good location, not far away from the highway, quite practical for a stop over. The parking is next to the hotel. Although the train station is not far away, the room was quiet, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived late and we had got a message with the code to enter our room, which was very practical. The breakfast was good, although no omelette.

Perfect hotel on our way to Austria. Exactly what we expected. Cheap, clean and silent. I'm only hesitant to leave this very high rating in hope prices won't be increased.

very clean and bathroom/electro modern and working. for a sleepover en route, perfect location for late arrival.

i had single use of a double room = bed separated into 2x80cm wide mattresses… only because i am small, and don't turn a lot it was ok… still it was quite narrow

Clean rooms, great size wise, breakfast is fair price for kids. We have stayed at 4 different B&B a hotels, France and Germany. They gave all been really, really good.

We only stayed one night as a stop over. Room was clean and comfortable. Location to the train station is excellent. We did not try the breakfast but it is a short walk into the main shopping area in Rosenheim so well placed.

this new property was very comfortable and quiet even though it is located next to the railway. it was only a short walk from the Centre of town and plenty of space outside to park our Motorcycles. staff were very helpful.

the area is presently being redeveloped so there were roadworks around the entrance.
