Everything was better than we expected for the price we were paying. Friendly, efficient lady at reception who told us everything we needed to know. Dinner was wonderful—really delicious food with excellent, friendly service and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast buffet had high quality food, a great variety of options and efficient service. The room was large with lots of light, power outlets and mirrors exactly where you’d want them, big comfortable bed with down-like pillows. Big bathroom with perfect shower and makeup mirror. Plentiful parking. Nice gym facilities.

We had looked forward to using the sauna, and arrived early to work out and then use it, but were told it doesn’t get turned on until 5pm (meaning not heated up until 5:45), which didn’t fit with our plans. To avoid disappointment for others, it would be helpful to mention this in the hotel description.

Spacious, quiet room with a very comfortable queen bed. Full bathtub/shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Air conditioning, most welcome in an August heatwave. Fantastic breakfast buffet with many choices, and if anything ran low the attentive staff immediately replenished it.

The room itself was fully soundproofed from other rooms and outside, but hallway noise still spilled through the door. Outdated TV with no connectivity or streaming capability, only a few news channels as English-language viewing options.

The staff were all very friendly and spoke english , being an Arsenal fan I was pleasantly surprised to find that my team had stayed at this very hotel. The breakfeasts were very nice , staff didn’t mind if you came too late as long as you enjoyed yourself. The location was quite interesting being close to adidas HQ , travel links to Nuremberg was quite easy , bus stop located just outside hotel.

Didn’t have the most comfortable nights sleep. Asked for a double bed but got 2 twin beds. which me and my girlfriend has to push together. Experienced this before at a previous hotel. Would recommend specifically asking for a Double Bed not twin. Travelling not the best if in a rush to get to Nuremberg , worked well for me and my girlfriend but can see it being an issue for some visitors. Must plan journey back ahead of time. Recommend a hire car.

Clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed. The dinner was also very tasty, and the breakfast as well. Next to the highway is perfect for a sleepover on a long ride. Shoutout to the guy from the reception (sorry, I forgot his name). He was really nice and friendly and made us feel welcomed.

The pillows were a little soft for my liking. The staff at the restaurant was not so nice, with no smile, always serious face, and she had a weird remark, but I let that go.

We absolutely loved our stay at Novina Hotel Herzogenaurach Herzo-Base. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light to come in. We would highly recommend Novina Hotel Herzogenaurach Herzo-Base to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Herzogenaurach.

Location for my purpose is excellent. Staff very polite and helpful and the breakfasts are excellent. Everything very clean.

Can get noisy near the elevators or from the car park especially if you are by the front door and the weather is such that it’s ideal for having a window open. I’m a smoker but not keen on the smell wafting from below through my window or having people having loud phone calls outside late at night

It was clean, I liked the fact that they had air conditioning, staff was very friendly, room was spacious, very good location. Breakfast was very good and included in the room rate. There was juice and water in the mini bar, that was also included. Dinner was also nice.

Pillows were too soft, children loved it, adults not so much. No iron in the whole hotel, that was strange for me. There was no menu in rooms even though they had room service for that, and they charged €5 for room service.

Almost everything! Room was very spacious, breakfast was really good, parking is free and they have enough space. Oh did I mention that whatever that is in minibar is also free? Yes, they provide free water, juice and one small pepsi. That’s truly remarkable and generous.

it was still close to 10am before checking out when the room service knocked on our door and asked us when are we going out because they would like to clean the room (the checkout btw is until 11am) could happen but it should have been better organized.

Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant (or at least the people working there) was not at all satisfactory. I arrived at the restaurant and sat outside and after about 15 minutes went inside to ask for a bottle of water and a beer. I also asked for the menu and it was only then that I was told 'there's a buffet today'...too bad no one had said that before! Then, the staff kept speaking in German after I had asked more than once to speak in English. In short, the restaurant staff were perfect with German-speaking customers.

Nice hotel for one night - a bit dated already, but good mini bar with free drinks for every person. I liked that it has a lot of territory for walks around, located in a very quiet neighbourhood, with lights at night, so you can take a walk easily. Room was spacious and clean. Has big TV with Disney Channel and so on.

breakfast was poorly organised - cold food and not kept well during the breakfast time. Unfortunately Restaurant had only buffet for dinner, so did not have chance to try schnitzel and etc. Buffet was OK, for 18 eur per night, but nothing special.
