Taste Hotel Heidenheim

I would like to commend the service of Nadine and Joviana (sp?) from front desk. Also Valentin (sp?) the busser from the restaurant who speaks four languages. These people (and their colleagues) showed remarkable professionalism and attention to guests' needs. It is due to their impeccable care that I left with such a good feeling. I would return to Taste in a heartbeat.

No complaints besides that on my last night someone shone a flashlight through my bedroom window around midnight at (a partially nude) me and then ran away. Perhaps a note of caution to those who may want to leave their bedroom windows open at night: Some windows face an outside trail which any man Jack has access to.

great hotel, very modern, rooms were spacious, clean and in pristine condition. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. It has a bar and a restaurant, but this is closed on Sundays. it is directly attached to a large public swimming hall (Aquarena) which unfortunately was closed for inspection/renovation while we were there. We though were informed about this when we booked the rooms.

it is a bit far off the city centre, about 20 min walk, but this is not really a problem.

Fantastic hotel with access to a large aquapark at no extra fee. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and parking was free. We really enjoyed the swimming in the evening while during the day we were at Legoland.

Nothing to unlike, maybe good to know that the hotel is in a city that requires a green sticker for your car. We did not know until getting there, so I hope we won’t get fined.

One guy at reception was rude, talking to me like I'm his kid. He was corrected by me, but shouldn't talk to guests rude. Other staff were really friendly and helpful though. Water bottle on table in some rooms they charge you 4€ if you open it.

It's a great hotel. The view is fantastic; you can use a big swimming pool which includes diving, slide, and baby pools. You won't regret it for sure. Plus, all the workers were amiable. I feel that they like being a worker there. If you are hesitating to choose this hotel, go ahead!

The hotel is really nice and cozy. We loved the room, it was pretty big and clean. Really good value for the money we paid. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast had good variety and excellent tea assortment.

The mineral water bottle on the room table is not complimentary. If you open it you will be charged 4€!

The staff, room size, room comfort. Also, the leisure center is not part of the hotel but they offer complimentary passes (except sauna). The leisure center is absolutely fantastic!

I liked everything about our stay. There were no negatives. We will definitely come back.

The room was nice and spacious and the value for money is at good ratio. It is a quiet location with ample parking spaces. Fine for overnight business trips.

The breakfast buffet is overcrowded, the coffee not convincing and the cleanliness around the tables as well as the service was mediocre in the restaurant part of the hotel.

Rooms were clean and spacious enough. There is free parking right in front of the hotel

The price isn’t justified. 140€ per night would get one a room in every European capital. Despite having asked for a quiet room, it was situated right above the garden terrace.

Been here many times and the reason is that this hotel have everything as should. Hotel room, great. Breakfast, one of the best. View from window, starting from rhe second floor 👍. First floor no so great, but stil not bad. Stuff is kind and helpfull.
