DIWOTEL l DREIEICH

It is a new hotel, opened in March. Rooms are large and spacious. I stayed in a standard double with full bath / shower. The beds were in a seperate room (sliding door to seperate from sitting area). There was a sofa bed in the sitting area. Both the bedroom and sitting area had there own TV. Amazing level of space and amenities from their budget tier. The real value is not in the newness or size of the rooms, but in the attention to customer satisfaction. I was offered a complimentary drink when I arrived. Free bottles of water are available upon request. I had to work late one evening and did not get back to the hotel until 3am. Their kitchen was closed but the front desk still provided me with yogurt and some fresh rolls; no charge. The fact that the staff feel empowered to take care of their clientele speaks highly of the management and owners. Speaking of the owners: Danilo and Stefan are often in the front desk area, speaking to their guests. It feels rare in these days of hotel chains run by large business conglomerates, to be able to chat with the owners about their endeavors. As a business traveler that generally stays at budget hotels. I don't have the experience of luxury accommodations. DiWotel may not be perfect, but their attention to service for the "normal traveler" among us, makes you feel like a VIP. It's a good feeling! Considering the restrictions placed due to COVID-19, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Selection of juices, fruits, vegetables, cereal, sandwich meats & cheeses accompanied by several option of fresh breads, rolls and croissants. Each table had a selection of spreads (butter, jams, Nutella). You are required to wear a mask (your own) and gloves (they provide) in the buffet area to ensure safety. I also had dinner one evening (the Chile-con-Carne) and it was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

The glass wall in the shower / tub is not wide enough to really prevent water splashing onto the floor. Not a major issue, but had to use a few towels to dry up the floor. Wish the glass extended further but this is a minor problem.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very welcoming. Ms Balle checked us in and she is one of these people you cannot help but like immediately. The staff at breakfast were attentive and funny, making for a great start in the morning. Really lovely people.

The cigarette buds that were everywhere in the backyard area. Not really the hotels fault, but just careless smokers. Not sure if an ashtray would help, but might be worth putting one up. Bathroom could do with a shelf, no room to put anything

The room exceeded our expectations, comfortable and with delightful design and decoration. It’s also spacious if you have to work and the internet connection is stable. We also had a wonderful experience with the staff, specially María José (front desk) who was so friendly and kind. We had a wonderful chat while she got us a taxi! really awesome!

there’s not much grass around. For us this is important because we travel with pets.

We liked the hotel restaurant- great atmosphere and nice food. (There was also a food court and grocery store in the mall next to the hotel).

It was about 45 euros each way to and from the Frankfurt airport- adding almost 100 euros to the cost. This hotel would be awesome if it offered a shuttle service.

Well located and good dining.

My room was exactly above where deliveries are made or executed and at 4.30-6am there was so much noise the my night‘s rest was ruined. the staff was apologetic, but has I been there ok a business trip I would have been furious.

Breakfast was really good and the hotel in general was clean.

Parking was 12 euro while on the whole industrial area around it there were enough free parking spots, bit of a disappointment. Furthermore the light in the living room of the room was not dimmable, it was quite bright during evening.

It was "Industrial" looking, but clean and very functional. It was a good size room and comfy! Staff was friendly and the hotel was in a very good location to stores. You could get really anything in a matter of minutes walk.

Like many people have already complaint, no free parking! If you want to be a classy hotel? do not champ change your customers!

The exterior of the building might fool you, but this is a great hotel. Reception and bar have a great loungy feeling, friendly staff at the desk and great, spacious rooms. I was hear during Corona-times, so alot of limitations but still the breakfast was extensive and brought up to the room. Parking available in front of the building. Will try and come back when all facilities are available :)

A warm room to stay with all the facilityes, amazing reception and luxury restaurant. The staff very kind and speaking well english. I enjoy the time at DIWOTEL witch is near the center. Highly recomand!💜

Nice room and brilliant value for money

Said it had an electric car charger, which was just a power cable with a 2 pin socket. I chose the hotel thinking I could charge my car properly. But otherwise the place was a great stop.
