Very conveniently situated next to the main station this hotel is ideal for a rail passenger (if you can afford it!). The hotel chain offers a high standard of service delivered in an efficient manner. The room that I occupied was quiet and spacious and there was a good selection of food in the breakfast room.

I stayed for three nights and there was a complimentary bottle of water in the room when I arrived. Once consumed it was not replaced each day! However, to be fair, ingredients for making hot drinks were replenished daily. One slightly strange aspect was that if I wished to earn a €5 voucher to spend at the bar I could arrange for the room not to be cleaned that day. Odd; I know we all have to help the planet but this seemed somewhat incongruous.

very basic room good for a couple of nights stay but not really longer. The room was very dim and the light over the desk didn’t work which made writing and reading difficult. only one bedside table which was strange as there was room for 2. pillows were too soft for us. had to continually ask for tea coffee replacement.

Staff is very helpful and breakfast was simple but enough for our needs. Bed was comfy and room quiet. A little fridge would be nice, but wasn’t a problem for us. Also more English channels would be a nice extra. Parking was full at the hotel unfortunately, but we were able to park across the street for a good prize (acpoa parking). Staff prepared a little something to celebrate my partners birthday, for that we’re grateful 🙏

More parking possibilities would be nice, but again it’s not problematic.

There was a lot of noise on the window when it started to rain. Maybe something to be aware of for the hotel. Really good location, but some places around the hotel were not the bests for a walk in the evening. There was free coffee in the room and sparkling water. We only drink tea and still water but I had to beg to get a hot cup of water to make tea with my own tea bag. so welcome to coffee and sparkling water drinker but not to tea and still water lovers.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionists. The food was great. The whole hotel is extremely clean. Beds are comfortable. The city centre and bus/tram station are close to the hotel.

More towel hangers in some rooms needed. In ours we had only one. More light in the bathroom.

The hotel is located perfect, close to the train station and at a walking distance to the old town center, with plenty of buses and trams nearby. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, ready to help. The bed is big and comfy; slept really good. The bathroom has a playful stylish design. The room comes with a coffee machine and all needed to start the day on a positive note.

The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better, especially the toilet bowl and shower floor. My room had a power surge of some sort in the first evening, that they could not fix, but the staff solved the problem quick by giving me a room upgrade. The closeness to the city and the tram makes it a bit loud at night. The lack of a closet (there are only some shelves and hangers available) might be a problem for people that stay at the hotel for longer than 2-3 days or for a bigger family.

We paid for an up-grade to a superior room with “a view”. Ended up a room where the ac did not work at all, and with a view to a busy main street with the unbearable noice from cars, buses and cable trolleys ALL night . If you choose to stay at this hotel, make sure to book a room facing the back yard, otherwise you will not be able to sleep at all!!!

Great hotel very close to everything. The main train station is a 3 minute walk, the main shopping street in the old town is about 7 minutes by foot. The mattress was new and firm, everything was clean, some of the appliances had a somewhat used look about them but were working. The staff were very very friendly but the highlight of my stay was by far breakfast. Anything your heart desires you could get. It was fresh, plentyful and delicious. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed my stay!

Great central location and the room was very nice and clean. The bed was great. It also had airconditioning and a balcony.

No fridge in the room. Also there was a big jacuzzi in the room that did not work. Which was quite a shame. (It wasn't listed with the room though).

The room was huge and stylish. The bathroom had a bit of see-through wall but that created more laughter for us than uncomfort. It was very close to the old town and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again!

The room got quite hot, although it wasn't hot outside. Sadly the TV was not connected to the internet so no Netflix and Youtube for us.
